Final Fantasy series ( Although I've only played FFX,FFX2 and FFXII. I still love the series)
Kingdom Hearts Series

Persona 3 and 4 are good also Tales of Symphonia and Abyss. there is the Kingdom heart series and FF. I've also played Shin megami Tensei: Nocturne which is pretty good.
