Aeren End of Week 7 for Aeren - Weight Lost: Well, those 6 lbs are now gone. Its a damn good feeling. - Feeling: So much better. I don't feel like I'm such a failure now. I feel like im getting back on track again, and can start anew. - Any fitter: I don't feel a whole lot fitter, but I had taken a hiatus from working out and eating right. I am back on track and ready to go now. Goals for the week: Lose 2 lbs! I WILL do it this week. Run a mile w/o stopping! Use the stair stepper on level 2 for the whole 20 minutes!
