I doubt it, highest mesos you can drop is 50K and it's a bag. It must be a shield or something...

The black and gold item isn't spinning like the goldies. Since it's a flat item like the coins, I think that if it was mesos in some form or the other, it would spin~ ^^ *ponders the sparkly necklace-like item*
