I'd say being hung upside down by your toes by some psycho who then trys to stab you to death with a butter-knife would really suck.

Getting killed by someone you love to death... I guess that would mean litterally.

being responsible for the death of all of mankind then getting parkinsons, AIDS, and typhoid fever before discovering a video of the former love of your life having sex with your most hated enemy on your bed while she calls out that he is so much better than you. Then you find out that there are only tooth picks around so you pick them up and stab yourself repeatedly before they all become useless while you lay there bleeding on the ground, entirely miserable. Then you suddenly realize that you're screwed 'cause now you can't move and you'll simply have to wait for death to claim you before you start coughing very badly and eventually drown in your own blood.

getting only your lower half dipped into a tank of hungery pirannahs and watching them devour your lower extremities then getting dipped into a vat of salty lemonade.....ow my lower half aches now

having you fingers chopped off SLOWLY, and then having your feet alone being dipped into corrosive acid..then once the skins been burned off, you get electricuted within an inch of your life, making your blood boil (litteraly)
and then thrown in a freezer and letting the temperature freeze the wounds and finally, setting you on fire to burn whats left of skin on you and then impaling your nerves..and finally a gunshot yo your head to relieve you of your misery
