Her mother kissed Felicia's forehead and smiled. "Well, I'm happy for you my sweet. But I want to know who he is soon other wise I'll have to take drastic measures and find out for myself." The queen walked out of the door. Felicia lied on her bed as she sighed happily. A few moments later she heard a crow hawk from her window. The crow gently placed an arrow on the windowsill and flew off. Felicia ran to the window.
"Thank you." She whispered. It was his arrow, that she knew. It had to be his. She suddenly got an idea of her own. Felicia quickly scribbled on a piece of parchment. When she was done she sat back and read it in her mind.
Dear Firther,
Thank you for the arrow. Only you would give me your arrow. I'll cherish it always and think of it as Cupid's arrow as well as yours. I'm sorry I don't have anything to give you. But I would ask you to take care of my heart for I will take care of yours. I can't wait until we see each other again. My parents are thrilled that I found someone but I didn't tell them who. They shouldn't know. At least not now. I want to be sure that they will be alright with it before I tell them my feelings for you. I'm sending my falcon Haden to deliver this message. If you wish to write back but Haden is gone by the time you read this, just whistle. He has excellent hearing and he will deliver your message safely. Until tomorrow when we meet again.
Always and Forever yours, Felicia.
Felicia rolled up the paper and handed it to Haden. "Please, dear friend. I need you to deliver this to him. Before you begin to object, listen to me first. He makes me happy, Haden. I'm in love with him. One day this fighting will be all over. All I'm asking is for you to deliver this letter to him." Haden took the letter in one of his claws and Felicia kissed his head. "Thank you, Haden. You really are the greatest friend in the world." Haden flew out the window and into Firther's window. At first he didn't see him, so Haden flew up and landed in front of him. Gently, he placed the letter down in front of the prince.
Felicia placed the arrow in a secret apartment so no one else would find it. She sat back down on her bed as she thought of her true love. Her door suddenly swung open and her other best friend, Tessa, came in with excitement on her face. "Dear Felicia, I heard the news. You've finally fallen in love!" Tessa hugged her friend as she lied down next to her. "So who is it?" Felicia shook her head.
"I won't tell until the timing is right." She told her.
"What? Not even a hint?" Tessa asked. Felicia shook her head. "Does he even exist?" Tessa asked raising an eyebrow.
"Yes, I assure you he exists. He's real and I am in love with him." She sighed.

He had watched the crow flight out of sight, and then went to his desk to compose a speech for the feast for that night. He would not tell them her name, as he hadn't to his mother and father, but would go on and on about how in love he is. He had just began to write , as his quill was in hand, when he someone he recognized landed in front of him. "Well, hello my friend. What do you bring me from her?" He asked as Haden placed a piece of parchment in front of him. As Firther picked it up, Haden took off out the window and back to Felicia.
Fither took the parchment and opened it as he sat down against the pillows on his bed. He read her words of love and smiled even more at the part where she'd written "Always and forever yours, Felicia". A chance meeting born a love that already seemed to be greater than ever imaginable. He sunk down onto the bed and closed his eyes. He began to think of the woman he'd only just met. In his dream they were there on the land between the Oaks. They sat together against a tree, and he was holding her in his arms playing with her hair and holding her close to his body. He spoke poetry to her. Elven poetry of love, and destiny. Somewhere in his mind he wished that he could ask her to marry him, but he could not yet.
Suddenly he awoke to someone knocking on his door. "Firther, son, I wish to hold counsel with you." His father said. Firther stood up quickly and stuffed her note under his mattress. "Enter father." he said. As the King entered his sons room he caught a whiff of a bird from a far land. Saying nothing of this he turned tp his son, and embraced him like a man. "Son, i am sorry that I doubted you. You did find someone to love. I just wish that you would tell me so that I can send for her to have her live here in our Kingdom. We have begun construction of your own palace just off the cliffs in the forest. We knew this to be your favorite location in the woods, and figured it was the best place." The king smiled. "Now, what say you to coming down stairs and seeing that the feast is to your liking?" He said patting his son on the shoulder.

Haden flew back through the window and landed next to Felicia. Gently, she began to pet her bird as she thought of Firther. "Did Haden come back from your prince?" Tessa asked as she raised an eyebrow. Felicia nodded and sighed. "You have to tell me who he is! I want to know! Everyone does. What is it? Is he ugly or something? Does he have some sort of deformity?" Felicia laughed and shook her head.
"Yes, he but ugly and I don't want anyone to know. I want to keep him all to myself." She said sarcastically. "No, that's not it. He's handsome, charming and it was love at first sight for us. I can't tell you and I can't tell you why. No one would really understand. I'm mostly afraid of everyone's reaction to him."
"Oh dear he's hideous. I knew it. I saw it too. You fell in love with the Mountain Troll." Felicia laughed as her best friend kept going. "You know he always had a thing for you." She teased. "At least I thought so." The two girls laughed until the door suddenly opened.
"Girls, why aren't you getting ready?" The king asked with a smiled. "We're having a feast in you name, Felicia. I would like you to make a speech and announce his name for heavens sake." Felicia bit her lip.
"Father, I can't do that. Not now. Just trust me. I'm love with someone and I can't tell you his name." She told her father. He smiled and shook his head.
"I guess you can't tell me either." The king assumed. Felicia shook her head. "Alright, I trust you. But I want to know his name before you wedding." The king chuckled and Felicia nodded.
"I bet you he's butt ugly. Either that or he doesn't exist." Her brother Carlos said as he walked in. Felicia glared at her brother. "Maybe she's making him up."
"Shut up, Carlos. You're just jealous that I've found someone to love. Not everyone can be as annoying as you." Felicia said and Carlos stuck his tongue out at his sister. She returned the father. The king put his hands up in the air.
"Alright you two that's enough. Come Carlos. Let's let these ladies get ready." The king ushered his son out and closed the door. Felicia went over to her desk and began to scribble her speech. She wrote about how much she loved him and how it was love at first sight for them. Never once uttering his name or where he was from. Tessa and Felicia talked like they had always done but Felicia wanted to be with Firther more than anything. She wanted to spend the rest of her life with him but it was too soon and they didn't have their parents blessing. Felicia wanted her parents blessing but she wanted Firther more than anything. If them being together meant they had to run away and live somewhere else, she would do it just to be with him.
"Are you alright?" Tessa asked after awhile. Felicia shook her head to break her thought.
"Yes, I'm sorry. I'm fine." Felicia smiled as she tried on her dress. As she looked in the mirror, she wanted Firther to see it. She wanted him to be there at the feast but that would have been impossible. At the moment, all she wanted was to be with him.

Firther smiled at his father. "Yes, I should come down. It would be a grand idea to make sure that it's good enough for not only me, but that it will be good enough for my future bride when that time arrives." he said proudly. Let me just get dressed and I shall be down to the banquet hall shortly." He said.
His father made his way to the door as Firther turned to find his best cloak for the evening. "Oh, and Firther my son." He said suddenly standing in the door way. "Why is it that you can not tell me her name? I wish to greet her father with open arms, and an any time welcome into our kingdom, as well as safe passage. I'm also thinking that a total alliance, and back up in battle no matter what." He said with a king like dream in his eye. Firther strode to his father's side. "All in good time father. All in good time." He said placing his hand on his father's shoulder. "When the time is right, I will announce it to the entire kingdom from the top of my castle in my cliffs. She will then join me by my side, and we will be wed. I plan to ask her for her hand after I have received her father's permission."
His father smiled at him. "Just like I did with your mother. I knew that we'd raised you right." He said smiling. "I'll meet you down in the Banquet Hall. No son of mine will have a feast that isn't fit for his queen." He said winking and making his way down the stairs.
Firther closed the door, and made for his bed. He reached under his mattress, and pulled out the letter from Felicia. He could smell her scent on it, and it positively drove him mad. He needed to be with her. Putting on his best black and silver cloak, he neatly folded her letter and put it in his breast pocket. In his speech he fully intended on reading a small passage from it to let the kingdom know that they were truly in love. Finally, he made his way down the stairs, and found his father in the Banquet Hall.

Felicia smoothed out her dress as she stood in front of her mirror. Tessa was still trying to fix up her hair. "Will you stop with the smoothing dress thing? It's driving me crazy. You look fine." Tessa told her. "There's no need for you to be nervous." She told her. Felicia smiled at her friend. If only she knew. Felicia wanted to tell her but she wasn't sure.
"I know, I just like the feel of my dress. That's all." She told her. Felicia suddenly began pacing back and forth. She knew she was nervous but there was no reason to be. Felicia wasn't going to tell them his name. Not just yet. Tessa watched her for a few moments curiously. Tessa suddenly gasped making Felicia stop. Tessa stood up and walked towards her best friend.
"Felicia Da Rosa there is only one reason you would ever pace so nervously. You don't want your parents to know his name because they wouldn't approve of him. You tell me right this instant who he is." Tessa folded her arms and waited. Felicia bit her lip. "Is it the troll?" Felicia shook her head. "But then who-" Tessa stopped as she tried to think of the worst possible man her parents wouldn't like. "It's an elf isn't it?"
"Shhhh!" Felicia told Tessa. "You can't tell anyone, Tessa. Swear to me you won't tell anyone." Tessa back away and sat on the bed in shock.
"But they're........Felicia who is he?" Tessa asked cautiously. Felicia bit her lip and started to pace again. "Felicia tell me or so help but I'll tell you parents right now."
"It's the prince!" Felicia blurted out. Tessa gasped and covered her mouth. "I know! I know! But today I saw him and I couldn't help myself. It was love at first sight for both of us. I love him Tessa!" Felicia knelt down in front of her friend. "Promise me you won't tell anyone." Tessa didn't know what to say after that. "Promise me, please." Felicia begged.
"Fine." Tessa sighed. "But I'm not going to help you with any favors. I'm not going to sneak you out to see him or anything." Felicia wrapped her arms around her best friend.
"Thank you Tessa." She sighed. Tessa knew it was wrong but she had never really seen her best friend so sure and so happy about anything.
"But when you to finally tell your parents, I won't be in the room. I'm not going to be a part of this." Felicia nodded and sat next to her. Tessa sighed. "So, tell me how it happened."

Firther walked up and stood beside his father. "Ah son. You look better than me, and I'm the king!" he slapped his son on the back. FIrther chuckled. "Father, I will never look better than you. Only equal, and that shall not happen until I become King myself." He said with a bright smile on his face. As his father was about to make a comment, the doors to the hall in front of them burst open. In strode a dark clad figure with his head facing the ground. He strode up directly to Firther and his father, and upon reaching them stopped. "I hear tell of great news." the stanger said looking up and lowering his hood. An elf with slender facial features, and broad shoulders looked up at Firther. "You can't be getting married with out your best man now can you?" He smiled, and took Firther in his arms in a hug. Firther smiled and hugged the stranger. "Firther it is good to see you again! It has been too long." He said pulling back and inspecting the Prince. "Ihaco, where the hell have you been? I heard that you have been traveling. Come, we must ride through the forest, and I will show you things that you have missed, and tell you the news." He said slapping his friend on the back. *~*Time skip*~* One hour later The were riding through the forest on their way to the cliffs by the lake. When they arrived, they saw that it was about one fourth of the way completed. "This is some site, Fither," Ihaco said whistling. " I agree. I"m looking forward to living here with my future bride." Firther smiled. Then he frowned. "I wish I could tell my father, but I know that he will not approve. " Firther looked down at the ground. "Firther, I'm your best friend. You can tell me, and I swear that I won't tell a soul. Not even a wood nymph!" This made Firther smile once more. "Well, if you make a promise that strong. I suppose." He paused, nervous as to what his friend would say. " Her name is Felicia. She's the Princess of the Kingdom next to us. The werewolf kingdom..." he trailed off. Ihaco's mouth dropped and his eyes grew wide. " A werewolf!? Firther, I knew you were crazy, but all this time of not finding a elven bride has made you insane!' He stared at his friend. "Firther..." "No Ihaco, I'm in love with her. Our meeting was by chance, and by fate. I will not loose her. I have dreamed about her since I was just a boy! She's the one, Ihaco! I know it." He said *~*Time Skip*~* Three hours later the feast was well under way. His father gave him the approving nod, and he stood up. "Everyone, as you've all undoubtedly hear by now I have found myself a bride. I have not yet asked her to marry me, but I know that she will." He smiled. " I have here, a letter from my love, and I would like to tell you all, just by reading one small passage, how much she loves me. I want you all to know of the compassionate woman who will one day be your Queen." He pulled out her letter. " But I would ask you to take care of my heart for I will take care of yours. I can't wait until we see each other again." He paused while he folded the letter neatly, and placed it in his breast pocket. "And so with that having been said, I hear by toast my love. Though she may not be here, she is in my heart." He said raising his glass as the guests followed suit. "Now, please, finish your meals, and dance the night away. I must retire for the evening as it is late, and I have much to do tomorrow." He announced, and departed to his room where he undressed, and lay quite comfortably unclothed in his bed.

Felicia told her best friend everything. Tessa sat back patiently and when she finished, Tessa sighed. "I still don't like this, Felicia. He's an elf. Our enemy. The one we have always gone to war with." Felicia groaned and collapsed on the bed.
"Tessa, I know. I know it's wrong but I love him. If only you knew how I felt." Felicia sighed. She knew she loved him but she then again also knew that no one would understand. How could they? All anyone would ever see in Firther is that he was an Elf. That's it. They wouldn't get to know him or even understand the love that she had for him. Felicia wanted to cry but she didn't want to look puffy-eyed at the banquet.
Tessa looked at her best friend of so long. One who had been through a lot with. One who was their when she needed her and now it was Tessa's turn. Felicia needed Tessa's support but the truth of it was that Tessa was afraid of losing her best friend to an Elf. Or worse………...the guillotine. Tessa sighed and lied down next to Felicia. The two of them looked up at the ceiling. Something they usually did when they were bored or stressed. And at that moment, both of them were stressed.
"I want to meet him." Tessa said finally. Felicia's head jolted in her direction. "I'm serious. I want to meet him." Tessa looked at her best friend. "And no I don't want to kill him. I just want to meet him and see what you 'fell in love' with." Felicia wrapped her arms around her. "Felicia! You're cutting off my air supply!" Tessa gasped and Felicia laughed as she let go.
"Thank you." Felicia told her. "You don't know how much this means to me." Tessa smiled, knowing that her friend was happy.
"Where are you seeing him again?" Tessa asked.
"Tomorrow. We're going to exchange one prisoner so that later we can exchange them all." Tessa stared at her wide eyed. "I know what you're thinking. Trust me. I know what I'm doing." The two girls lied there on the bed as the waited for the time to pass until the banquet. When the time finally did arrive, the two ladies headed downstairs where the others were. Eventually, Miguel tapped his glass to get everyone's attention.
"Ladies and Gentleman." The king began. "Tonight we have reason to celebrate my daughter actually falling in love with someone." Several people chuckled as the king went on. "The queen and I are so blessed to one day soon meet the young man that has stolen her heart." Felicia looked down at her plate as she thought of them actually meeting. It wouldn't have been a good sight. "Now if you will permit her, my daughter would like to say a few words on the matter." Felicia stood up and smiled at all the guests.
"Thank you for coming at such short notice. I understand that it might have been hard for you to realize what has actually taken place. Yes, I have finally found someone to spend the rest of my life with. Although he has not actually proposed yet, I feel that one day he will and he and I will stand tall as King and Queen." Felicia wanted to mention his kingdom but feared for their reaction. Her father's especially. Felicia raised her glass. "A toast to my darling love and to the future." The guest raised their glass and Felicia chugged down her champagne. Tessa was the only one who really noticed and understood why. "Now if you will excuse me, I will retire for the evening. I have a big day tomorrow." She kissed her father and mother good night before heading back upstairs with Tessa. That night, Felicia dreamt about seeing him again.

Suddenly a bright light erupted in his eyes, and he awoke with a start. "What the hell?" He said squinting to look. It was Ihaco. Luckily, they'd seen each other naked many times, and Firther had nothing to be ashamed of. "Dude don't you knock?" he asked. Ihaco plopped himself in a chair next to Fither's bed. "No, and you never did either. Now listen. I came to say I was sorry. If you love her then I'll do my best to accept her. I want to meet her when you two do the whole exchange thing. Also, if it should be an attack for any reason you're going to need back up. Now, get dressed. Breakfast is ready in the dinning hall for us." He said throwing Firther a robe, and chuckling.
They made their ways down to eat, and found themselves along with the left overs still piping hot. "I call the bacon" Fither said sitting down, and shoveling the meat onto his plate. "That's fine by me so long as I get all the eggs" Ihaco said smiling. With a mouthful of bacon Firther said "Tell me of your travels, and how many women you slept with." Ihaco nearly chocked. "Women? TONS of women! I'm telling you you should have gone with me. You would of had a great time." "Dude, you were searching for your mother. I wasn't going to be the one to have to like choke her when she tried to kill you. Did you find her?" Ihaco smirked. "Of course, but she didn't know me. She tried to get me into bed with her until I told her I was her son! That drove her off, but not before, as you knew she would already, tried to kill me." They both looked at each other seriously, then suddenly they burst out laughing.
"Let's go out and spar a little. It's been a while since I've hit you with any arrows Ihaco." He said laughing. So for the remainder of time until he had to go down to the dungeons and get the prisoner they sparred out in the courtyard.

The next morning Felicia slept silently and peacefully as she dreamed about Firther. Suddenly, the curtains on her window were pulled back. Felicia groaned and pulled the blanket over her head. "Five more minutes!" She whined but her blanket was pulled off of her. Felicia began to shiver as she glared at her best friend.
"Ah, come on. It's a beautiful day out. You're parents aren't home because they're busy running the kingdom. You're brothers and your little sister are at a friends house so it's just us." Tessa told her as she sat on the bed. "Come on. We have things to do today........certain people to see." Felicia smacked her with a pillow and grabbed another one before resting her head on it. Felicia tried to reach for her blanket but Tessa moved it further away from her.
"Tessa!" Felicia whined. "We're not meeting until later. Let me go back to sleep." Tessa shook her head and grabbed her friends hand. She grabbed her robe and Felicia put it on.
"Not when there's all that food down there for us. It smells so good and I'm not eating alone. The last time I did that I ate alone, Carlos came in and started flirting with me." Felicia laughed as they began to walk down the stairs.
"Oh I didn't tell you. You and Carlos are getting married." Felicia teased and Tessa glared at her. The two girls sat down at the breakfast table and began to put somethings on their plates. "So, tell me. What's new with Mr. Gorgeous?"
"Who? Oh right. Andre. Well, I actually broke up with him a few weeks ago. I guess I just forgot to tell you." She shrugged. Felicia's jaw dropped.
"It's about time." She said and the two girls laughed.
"I know. I know. He was just too.........."
"Egotistical?" Felicia put in. Tessa threw a piece of toast at her. Felicia laughed as she caught the piece of bread in her mouth.
"No! He was not ego.......ok so maybe he was but that's not why I broke up with him. He was too much in love with himself. Though I must admit it was wonderful in bed." She sighed remembering all those nights they had spent together. Felicia rolled her eyes as she bit into her eggs. After breakfast the girls began to walk towards the dungeon.
"So who are we exchanging the little elf girl for?" Tessa asked.
"Samuel." Felicia said as she kept walking. Tessa stopped in her tracks. It had been months since she had heard his name out loud. Every night she cried for him but no one really knew besides Felicia. Tessa's mother hadn't even said a word since he had been captured. Felicia walked up to her best friend as tears rolled down her face. "It's ok. You'll see him again in s a few more hours."
"But what about Diego?" Tessa asked. Felicia smiled as she thought of seeing her brother again.
"I'll see him tomorrow. If this trade is going to be successful like I know it will, we will trade the rest of the prisoners and we each will get our people back. I'll get my brother back and my parents will see that there's more to him than being an elf." Tessa hugged Felicia before the two girls headed to the dungeon. All the elves watched them as they walked inside. Felicia told the guards to take a break before Felicia began to talk to them. "I want to see the little girl." The little girl in the corner popped her head up. The others began to walk in front of her to protect her. One elf walked up to her with fury in his eyes. For some reason, his face looked like Firther's.
"We won't let you have her." He said through his teeth. Felicia knew that this would have been a problem.
"We're letting her go. Actually, it's more of a trade. If the trade is successful, the rest of you will be traded tomorrow and you will be back in your kingdom." The elves laughed, still not believing her.
"How can we be sure that you're not going to harm her?" The elf asked. Felicia folded her arms.
"No one in their right mind would hurt a child. Not even werewolves are that cruel." The elf was about to say something but the little girl pushed the others out of the way. The elf in front of Felicia went over to her and knelt in front of the little girl.
"Don't worry. We won't let this dog take you away. We'll protect you." The little girl walked past him so that she could talk to Felicia.
"Will I see my mother again?" The girl asked. The elves watched her intently.
"Tira!" One of the elves spat. Felicia ignored them and knelt in front of her so that she could speak to her at eye level.
"You'll be able to see all of your family and friends again. I promise. I know my promise may not be much but we will take you back home. You'll see everyone again." Felicia smiled and Tira thought for a moment. Without looking back at the others, she nodded and Felicia opened the cage so that she could get out. Felicia turned back to the other. "I promise you all that we will come back. I know to you I am just a dog but I know about families and I loved one. I too have a heart." The elf from before was about to say something but the guards were walking back down the steps. They asked her what she was doing with the little girl but Felicia told them to forget about it. "Come," Felicia said to the little girl as they walked up the steps. "Let's get you some real food."

Firther and Ihaco laughed and carried on like children on the Day of the Mortal God's birth day. Finally, they called it a draw, which they almost always did, and called it a day. Heading inside Firther noticed it was nearly two o clock by the sun dial on the balcony just outside his father's chamber. "We need to get down to collect the prisoner." Firther said seriously. Ihaco nodded, and so they made their way down one of the secrete passages ways that led to the dungeons.
Firther looked at his friend. "So you're going to distract the guards how again?" he said curiously confused. Ihaco laughed. "Those guards are into women just as much as me. I plan to have their backs turned to you, and tell them of my travels. They do not yet know of my return, and I used to come down here to talk to them about their women romps. Now it's my turn to tell them of mine. i will have them captivated with my tales."
Firther nodded. "That's all very well good and said, but what do we do when the werewolves put up a vocal argument do to the fact that we're taking one of their own away from them. I mean, I full planned on telling them what was going on. Not the guards. "He added at Ihaco's confused look. "Fine, we'll wing it." Ihaco said as they came up to the door that came out just above the guards. Out the strode looking godly, and the guards looked at them. "Prince Firther, and look who's wit 'em/ Old Ihaco. We heard you've been traveling. Tell us of your...adventures." The pleaded. Firther took this opportunity to speak. "Why don't you all head up to the mead hall for a drink or two, and that story. I've come to check on things here while my father and mother are away." The guards looked at him dazed. "Go on" He said smiling. "IT's perfectly fine, and I'm not going to tell them that I let you off the floor to drink now am I?" He said laughing.
The guards left with Ihaco. Once they were well out of ear shot Fither made his way to the cells. Walking past a few of them, and hearing the snarls from every wolf he past, he finally came upon the one he's been looking for. He looked at the adult werewolf inside. "I've come for the child. The boy there." He said pointing gently. "The adult int he cell lunged at Firther. "Why? So you can kill him?" She said angrily. "Elves aren't that heartless you know." He said irritated. "I met with your princess. We're making an exchange, and if this all goes as according to plan you'll all be free tomorrow." He looked into the cell next to the one with the child. "And you," he said to the lone werewolf inside. "You're her brother aren't you?" He asked. The ragged wolf inside stared at him. "Yes I am. Is there a problem?" Firther didn't like the look of him too much, and was going to have to hate to tell him that they would one day be brothers. " There is no problem, but please, seeing as you are royalty. Let's us make a pact. If we kill her, and you are all not free tomorrow I will come down here, and let you all personally tear me apart." He said. "Do we have a deal?" He said looking at the werewolf Prince. "Agreed" he said ,"But i will not shake your filth hand." Fine. Now give me the boy." He said softly. He opened the cell, and the little boy came out slowly. "Let's get you a meal shall we?" Firther said. Back in the secrete passage, he's laid out some lights and dropped off some food for the boy to eat. "here we are" he said. "Please don't be afraid of me." He said as he noticed the boy winced a little at Firther's soft touch. "I'll tell you a secrete, but you have to promise not to tell anyone. "He said. The little boy nodded fervently still fearing for his life. "Ok. Well, I'm in love with your Princess Felicia. I want to marry her, and make her my Queen. I know that that doesn't sound like a good idea to you I'm sure, but I really do love her." He said sitting down and placing the food in front of the boy. "Here eat." he said with a smile. "We have a long trip a head of us. "He winked.

The three girls were in Felicia's room. The little girl, named Tira, had been fed and was now more calm with being with the werewolves. They had talked for a few hours. Felicia and Tessa had gotten to know Tira and grew to adore her. A knock came on the door and the girls looked at one another. "Just a minute." Felicia called and gently picked Tira up. She placed Tira in the closet. "If you want to get out of here safely, you must be very quiet. Ok?" Tira nodded and Felicia closed the door just as Carlos walked in.
"I thought you were in here. I have a question to ask you." He said as he walked in. As he passed Tessa, he winked at her and sat on the bed. Tessa moved over to the windowsill and Carlos smiled as he turned back to his sister. "The other day, one of the guards and I were talking. He told me that, when he was in wolf form he felt your connection. And you know when your in wolf form, any other wolf will know of your location." Felicia rolled her eyes.
"Yes, I am well aware of the connection seeing as how I am one. Now what is your point?" She asked as she folded her arms.
"Well, he told me that when you changed he immediatly knew where you were going. What I'm trying to ask is, why were you in Voleas Toria? Ok, so maybe you weren't actually in there but you were near it. You were practically in front of the White Willow." His sister sighed. She wanted to get her brother out of the room but she could see their conversation going longer than expected. Felicia tried to think fast.
"As I told father, I went running and Haden stopped me before I could cross the line. Nothing more." She told him. She watched as his eyes traveled to her closet door. He thought he had seen something in her closet through the cracks of the blinds.
"Is something in your closet?" He asked. The three girls in the room tensed as he walked over to the doors. Felicia stood in front of him and pointed to her door.
"Carlos, the only thing in there is my dirty laundry. Now go, Tessa and I have things to discuss privately." Carlos raised and eyebrow but then shrugged it off. Carlos walked out and Felicia opened the door. "Are you alright?" She asked Tira. The little girl nodded.
"Why are you freeing me?" The little girl finally asked. Felicia took the little girl and placed her on her bed. She knelt down so that they were at eye level.
"Promise to keep a secret?" Tira nodded and Felicia smiled. "I am in love with your Prince, Firther. I hope to one day become his wife. We're trading prisoners so that we can free our people. But you cannot tell a soul. Now come, let's get you home." Carefully, Felicia and Tessa sneaked Tira out of the castle. Once they were in the clearing, Felicia turned to the little girl. "Ok, so here's the plan. You're going to experience something not a lot of people get to experience. You might just be the first elf to experience it. Tessa and I are going to transform into our wolf forms. Don't worry it will still be us. You will get to ride on my back." Tira's eyes grew to excitement. "Do you think you'll be able to hold on?" Tira nodded and Felicia gave into her wolf form and Tessa helped Tira on her back.
"Hold on tight. This is going to be one fast ride." Tira nodded and clung on to Felicia's back. Tessa transformed into her wolf form and Felicia looked at her.
Watch her carefully and make sure he won't fall off. Felicia told her. Tessa nodded and the two wolves jumped off into a run. Tira smiled as the wind blew in her hair. All three of the girls grew more and more excited but for all different reasons.

Ihaco rejoined with Fither and the Werewolf boy about ten minutes late. The boy scooted back in terror away from him. Ihaco looked at him with a smile. "Don't worry, I"m not going to hurt you." he said. He thought for a second though that it may have been the blue tinge to his face that caused the boy to be frightened, but then he remember the boy couldn't see his face for the darkness that still surrounded him. "So what now?" Ihaco asked Firther simply.
Firther looked up at Ihaco. I have a plan to get him out of here, and into the woods. But it's going to take a lot of acting on your part okay?" He said that last part to the boy in front of him. The little boy nodded in understanding. He didn't want to be killed. He only wanted to see his mother and sister again.
They waited until the boy was at last finished with his meal, and then made their way to the lowest level of passage ways. They took at left at the fork, and came to a door that lead to the outside by the stables. Firther looked down at the little boy. "I'm going to tie this rope around your hand, and we're going to pretend that we're taking you out to hunt you. We're not really going to do hurt you at all. It's all just pretend. Can you cry, or pretend to?" on cue the boy started to cry. "You're very good at this little one." He said giving him a pat on the back. The rope having been securely tied, but not hurting him in anyway, they made their way out to get two horses.
They mounted, letting the boy walk between them. "remember, look even more frightened than you are now, and we're money." Ihaco said in a whisper to the boy. The little boy was still crying just as well as he had started. "Everything ready?" nods all around. "Okay, let's go." Firther said nervously. They started out, soon getting half way to the woods. Suddenly, they heard a voice. It was one of the guards, and Firther had expected this to happen fully.
"Prince Firther, Lord Ihaco, where are yout aking that small prisoner?" Firther turned his horse around handing the end of the rope to Ihaco. Turning his horse he said back to the guard, "We take this prisoner out for a hunt. He will be back int he cell no later than dusk. Though if he gets hurt, and should fall into a hole, and die that is none of our concern. That will leave this world at least one werewolf shy of a full army in the future." He said with a humble laugh. The guard laughed as well. "You right, Price Firther. Let's hope that he falls into a hole then. Please my Lord carry on with your plans." The guard said with a smile and a bow.
Ihaco gave Firther the end of the rope once more, and they were off into the woods quickly. Once out of sight of the guard, Firther untied the little boy, and hoisted him up onto his horse. "Hold on tight. We're almost there, but we have to get there quickly. Felicia will no doubt be there soon." He nodded to Ihaco, and they were off their horses galloping over the fallen leaves of the forest. In no time at al, they made it to the free land between the Great Oaks, and rested. Firther and Ihaco dismounted, and Firther took the little werewolf boy off as well, and stood with him. Ihaco tied up the horses to a tree, and they stood and waited.
Firther longed to see his Felicia again. He longed to hold her in a tight embrace. Soon his heart began to race in anticipation. He needed to be with her. Right or wrong he needed her as his wife beside him to rule as Queen of two worlds come together by fate. Soon he thought he heard the running of two animals. Wolves.

The faster Sophie ran as she was full of excitement, the tighter Tira held on. Felicia smiled as she could smell another wolf in the distance along with two more smells. One she already knew but the other was different. Is she hurting you Felicia? Her best friend asked. Felicia shook her head as she kept running. She's got a pretty good hold on you. Tessa sniffed the air and stopped. Felicia stopped as she heard her friends lack of movement.
What's the matter? Felicia asked. Tira, although could not hear their conversation, looked around and tried to get off. Felicia kept her on and shook her head, telling her it wasn't time yet. Tira looked back between them as she wanted to know what was going on.
He brought someone else. There's two others and that's not including Samuel. I'm not so sure about this Felicia. It could be a trap. Tessa suggested and Felicia shook her head.
We'll be fine. Firther wouldn't do that to me. He loves me. Trust me, Tessa. Everything is going to be fine. Tessa sighed and nodded. Felicia broke out into a run and she could feel Tira holding on with all her might once again. The two ran faster and faster. Felicia wanted so badly to see her beloved again. The scent of Firther was getting stronger as they got closer. Finally, the two halted to a stop as they stepped in front of them. Tessa was the first one to change back into her human form. Carefully, she picked up Tira and set her down on the ground. Felicia changed back into her human form.
Samuel finally noticed Tessa and the two ran and embraced each other. The two cried as they held one another. Tessa turned to her best friend with wet cheeks. "Thank you." She muttered and Samuel wrapped his legs around his sister so he would never have to let go. Tessa didn't want him to. Felicia turned to the Elves but looked at Firther first. "As promised." She then looked down at Tira. "It's ok. You're free."
"Will I ever see you again?" Tira asked sadly. Felicia smiled and kissed her head.
"Someday we will see each other. Maybe someday soon. Just keep your hopes up. The time will come when all this fighting will end." She smiled and turned back Firther. Felicia tried to take in every detail of him that she could. Tira walked over to the other princes and curtsied to show respect for Firther. Tessa cleared her throat. "Oh! I'm sorry. This is my best friend Tessa. Tessa this is Prince Firther of the Elven kingdom." Tessa nodded her head once as she continued to hold her brother tight.
"Thank you for not killing my brother." She told them. Samuel whispered something in her ear and she nodded. "And thank you for helping him to escape. He means the world to me."

Firther put his arms around the little elven girl. "Tira Solera, M y darling cousin how I have missed you." He said looking down at his cousin. Her mother and father had passed away sometime ago of broken hearts due to little Tira having been taken prisoner. He would not tell her of this until they were safely back home. Noting a small stream nearby, he floated a little of the water over to him and created a ice rose that would never melt just for his little cousin. "Here you go my kin. For you." He said bowing with a smile as he planted a kiss on her cheek. He decided then that Tira would live in the castle with him, and he would raise her as his own. Bushing some hair from her face, he looked up and smiled at Felicia. Suddenly he felt a stinging sensation on the back of his head, and he realized that Ihaco had smacked him a good one. Rubbing the back of his head he smiled sheepishly. "Uhm. Yes this is my best friend Ihaco. Ihaco this is Felica." he said gesturing o her as Ihaco nodded in return and made a slight face undetectable towards the two werewolf girls in front of him. Figuring Firther wanted a few minutes alone with Felicia, he picked up Tira in his arms and stepped away to play with her for a while.
Firther took a few steps toward the woman he'd so suddenly fallen in love with. "I've missed you" he said quietly not daring to get any closer in fear that her friend may lash out at him. Then not caring what would happen he quickly went to her and wrapped his arms around her. He held her close feeling her heart beat against his chest, and feeling her warmth. Though it had only been the day before he really had missed her. "You never once left my thoughts, and I even dreamed of you Felicia. We had a feast in honor of our love last night, but none know that it is you that I have fallen for. For what would my Kingdom think of my having fallen in love with the enemy?" He said affectionately. "Care do I not what they think, but would my father, the King, know he would start a war, and would forbid our love. I do not wish any harm to you or your Kingdom. I do hope that you know this." He leaned his head down to kiss the top of hers. Nuzzling his nose in her soft hair he breathed in smelling the beautiful scent that he would forever long for no matter what.
Remaining silent for just a few moments, he took in the sight of her. She was still just as beautiful as the day before, and he'd fallen in love with her all over again. "Felicia, my darling, I'm crazy about you. I see you now just as I did yesterday. Not as an enemy, but as a companion." Here he drew apart from her and looked at Tessa. "Madame," he said bowing. "I should like to ask for your permission to kiss Felicia. Please do not deny me what it is that I have longed for during the eternal night in which I was apart from her." He waited with baited breath as he looked into Tessa's eyes waiting for her answer. Ihaco rolled his eyes at his love sick friend. He would never fall in love like that, and if he ever did he knew that he'd want to be shot on the spot. Giving a snort he continued to play with Tira.

Felicia raised her eyebrows as she found out they were related. The more she thought about it, the more she could see the resemblance. She glared at Ihaco when he slapped Firther but Tessa couldn't help but laugh. Felicia wrapped her arms around Firther and closed her eyes. His touch was like heaven. She didn't want to part from him again. She looked at Tessa after Firther asked her for her permission. Tessa rolled her eyes and turned her back to them. Felcia laughed. "That means yes." She kissed him and ran her fingers through his hair.
Samuel squirmed in Tessa's arms. He wanted her to put him down but she wouldn't at first. "Alright, take it easy little brother before you tear my arms off." She chuckled and put him down. Samuel walked over to Tira and Tessa tensed. "Samuel? What are you doing?" He didn't listen to her as he followed Ihaco and Tira. He walked up to Tira with a smile on his face.
"Hi, I'm Samuel." Tira looked at him for a moment and then smiled at him.
"I'm Tira." She said. Tessa looked at both of them as she tried to hold in a growl. She didn't like any of it one bit.
"Want to go play by the river?" Tira nodded and the two of them ran by the river. Tessa was forced to follow.
"Samuel, be careful!" She told her brother and then looked at Ihaco. Even though she was a little happy for her friend at finding love, she still didn't trust any of the elves. Tessa stuck her nose up at Ihaco in disgust and continued to follow them.
Felicia finally pulled apart from Firther. Only love were in her eyes. "You know I will always belong to you. We too had a feast last night but I didn't tell them your name. My father would be furious. If he should find out, he would blow a casket and the whole earth would shake." Firther chuckled. "Don't laugh it isn't funny. When my father gets angry, it really is dangerous to be around him. He can shake the earth. Ever since we parted yesterday, I've thought about you none stop. I want to be with you but I know this is forbidden. I know this would start a war but somehow I don't care. I just want to be with you." Tears began to form in her eyes as she wrapped her arms around him. "I want to tell them but I can't. I have a feeling the more we sneak out, the sooner someone is going to find out."
Samuel, now in his wolf form with Tira on his back, ran up to them before bumping into Felicia. She looked down and laughed at them. Tessa and Ihaco ran up to them shortly after. "If only our kingdoms could see how we can live in peace. Yes, they are just children but they didn't know each other until today and already they are the best of friends." She looked back at Firther. "What are to do?"
