(I'm confused, because in our battle if you were defending and the number was higher than the attacker's no damage was dealt)

(If you see how the example battle ken made you can see that it doesn't matter. There was no defending or attacking.
But if you see it that way, it's fine. For example duftmon attacks with 45 and you defend with 50. Damage is still calculated so duftmon looses 5 hp.
Soup still followed the format. The highest number will substract from the lowes. So if you rolled a 90 and I rolled 70 you will only take 20 damage from my healt. )
