Love the Crunch Berries, they are usually an evening snack, but my morning cereal is apple cinnimon oatmeal fixed in the microwave with 1/2 cup milk. My cat always gets a little bowl of milk too. He pouts with me if I run out of milk.

I'm surprised that so many people eat oatmeal... I guess y'all will outlive me.
I love turkey bacon and eggs with biscuits.

Oatmeal is good if you can customize it. I put half a cup of 5-Minute rolled oats in a cereal bowl, pour in just barely enough water to show (not really cover) and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Then I let it sit in there for another two minutes while I finish scrambling the kids' eggs. It makes a firm patty, which I sprinkle with raisins (if I'm dieting) or sugar and milk (if I'm not). It's chewy and tastey. My daughter uses more water and 3 minutes of cooking on a lower power, to get a mushier product, like how it turns out if you follow the stove-top directions. But I can't stand the stuff they serve in restaraunts! It's porridge or gruel or something, but unworthy of the name oatmeal!

Normally, I make the oatmeal the regular way before cutting off the heat and adding milk. I flavor it up with spices and sweeten with molasses and it works a miracle of helping me stay much warmer.

Takes a bit to get used of eatting yogurt without sugar, but once you get used of it its so good.

If you are one who must have soda, just mix seltzer with juice (I love mixing it with cranberry juice).
