My folks would flip out. I already had a hard time explaining the presence of a manga called "Boy Princess" in my collection and what the joke was when the prince sent his 'bride' a basket of apples (he was using apples as falsies XD)
But yeah, it's like that sometimes, and even weirder now since my stepmom actually has admitted that Cloud and Sephiroth would look hot together (I managed to get her into FF)

Tsuki Nushi I think guys are more open about it, and girls prefer to talk about it among other fans i would have to say, that i totally agree with that. like guys know that everyone knows that they think its hot, where as with girls, we're good at just talking amung ourselvs, AKA cliques and such. but yea guy + guy in my book, is A-OK!!!! and extremlly hawt! heart heart heart heart heart

Ah, yes! The same thing has happened to me before and it kind of really bugs me. Like sometimes I watch Logo (the gay TV channel, and I only really leave the shows on that involve mostly guys or the movies that have a relationship between two guys) and one time I was watching a movie and commented that I liked it (she was doing some work around the house) and she was like, "why are you so into some of these gay tv shows?" And I don't remember what followed but it had something implying that "I wasn't telling her everything" and I made a point that I only watch shows with GUYS. And she was like, "That doesn't make a difference", and I was like, "*WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU* YEAH IT DOES..."
But I didn't say anything further than that. I can't beleive she still doesn't get it, what the hell. She even knows I only draw guys. UGHH. It kind of pisses me off sometimes. When that happens I just want to yell, "HEY MOM, I LIKE IT WHEN TWO HOT GUYS KISS BECAUSE I THINK IT'S WAY SEXY, AND I READ IT AND DRAW IT AND-..."
But yeah... That's not happening untill I move out at least. Just for the sake of privacy and avoiding assumptions~
And to answer your second question XD, yes I like it when any guys kiss be it real or not as long as they're cute together heart .
Also, I think guys are noticed for it because it's more "taboo". Women have always been more accepted by society in a way, (like you may see breasts on a statue in public, etc.) and also a lot more guys like it when women do stuff like that and or don't make a fuss over it. However, with guys there's more of a problem because of a "masculinity" aspect I guess. And there's more hate against it.

Two guys kissing is just about the sexiest thing ever, right next to two guys having sex )_)
Females have always been the more reserved of the two sexes, so I suppose that would explain why we're not noticed for our... sexual interests. As for me, I'm very loud about it =P

my mom doesn't really like any of my interests but when i told my aunt about it she stayed quiet for the rest of the car ride. Kinda makes me wonder now if she ever noticed it then?

My mum always asks me questions to do with same-sex stuff... o.o; Sometime it's embarrassing or annoying...

Rulin' ya universes... Lol, my reply is extending over a few pages.
So, basically, yes, guys making out and so on is hot, and somewhere, deep down most girls think so. Now on to the parents-issue! baha.
My parents don't know (I think hope)
My dad would probably look at me weird but wouldn't ask questions. He gets more upset about violence, for example when I'm watching Supernatural he usually goes "WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING!? D;" and I go "Supernatural." "WHAT IS THIS!?" "I just said, Supernatural..." "BUT WHAT IS THIS!?" etc.
But really, my mother *begged* my dad to buy her Brokeback Mountain, so she's just as bad. And I suspect that she ships House and Wilson. Judging by her reactions from that one episode with the funeral.
So I think it'd be cool with them, as long as it doesn't go too far.
