More sad news. icyMOTHA decided to quit GAIA. ;___; As such, we hired a new staff member.

Cassidy Peterson has aggreed to join the shop crew! Cassi will be taking care of the Point Shop and the Breeding section. heart

Edit; cardi has also joined our growing staff family! She will keep track of points!

Announcement 06/27/06

The Silky Slime Ordering Thread has been updated with one new Silky Slime accessory; a halo. A sample image for the Bunny Luv has also been added.

The Silky Slime Point Shop has been updated with two new types of Silky Slime. The first is a lovely little faerie slime and honeybee friend on a flower base. The second is a mysterious ninja slime known as a KageSmusha.

THe Halloween and Thanksgiving slimes were highly successful! Who knows what we'll have for Christmas this year~ ninja heart

Also, a small reminder, when you order a slime, PLEASE send a trade! It makes the slimes sad when you order one, but don't pay! ;___;

Annoucement 05/12/07

PutridyCorpse has joined the shop! She has taken over order-filling in my "My First Slime" ordering thread already and may start filling orders in the other threads as well as she continues to settle in to her new duties. Please welcome her to the shop~ ^^

NB: LadyDelaidra is on break and Cassidy Peterson's computer problems prevent her from filling any orders, so in effect we only have two shopkeepers able to fill orders at the moment. We may yet need another shopkeeper, so the job application thread will remain open for the time being.

Announcement 11/16/08

The Silky Slime Laboratory has been given an overhaul! The ordering process and overall set up of the guild has been simplified in order to make it faster for me to fill orders.

The roleplay point count system has been removed. Everything that was formerly purchasable through the Point Shop is still available, however. We're just not going to keep track of people's post counts anymore.

The informational posts in this thread and the ordering/breeding threads have been updated. Please read through them and let me know if there's anything that is unclear or missing (posts in the Chatterbox are fine).

Announcement 11/28/08

Forgot to mention last time around that I added some more Silky Slimes to the shop! Three zOMG! slimes are now available; Air Fluff, Grass Fluff and Sand Fluff.

Today, some new slime accessories and base have been added to the shop. You can now equip angel or nitemare wings on your Silky Slime, and house them on dark soil, snowy dark soil, rocky dark soil, rocky concrete or rocky sand bases.

One more zOMG! slime has been added to the shop. Please welcome the peelunger slime. Don't worry; these little critters are 100% sanitary.

There is also a new status; "sigh". Depending on the emote that you use with it, your Silky Slime can be heartbroken, ill, depressed, or some other such thing.

Two new emotes are available to help you put a downer on your Silky Slime; the TT emote and the -_- emote.

Just to show that we're not entirely heartless, there is also a pet bed option for Sleep and Sigh status Silky Slimes. Now you can cuddle your immobile little slime friend in lambswool and polyester.

Also, to help bring the flavor of the Sewers and Village Greens to your zOMG! Silky Slime's environments, you now have the option to add pipes or a golf flag to your slime's base.

Announcement 12/24/08

Merry Christmas Eve, everyone~

There's a whole year's worth of fruit trees available now to decorate your slimes' bases with! ^^ The sparse, lush, budding, blooming, fruitful, bountiful, clustered, bare and snowy fruit trees have been added to the shop.

A new status has also been added: "Drops". This is basically a "feeding" type status, but I just named it drops because there are also vitamin drops and medicinal drops available for your Silky Slime as well. When you buy a bottle for your slime in the Drops status, it is uncapped and sitting on the base as shown in the sample. When you buy a bottle for your slime in another status such as sleeping or bouncing around, the bottle is capped and sits off-base, to the right of the base.

Drops are available in all of the standard Silky Slime colors as well as clear (medicinal) and brown (vitamin).

Three new "buddies" have been added for the Faerie Silky Slime; a purple butterfly, a green dragonfly, and a red ladybug.

New base accessories: palm tree, coconut tree.

Announcement 02/15/10

The ordering and breeding threads have been re-done. All Silky Slimes are essentially breedable now, although only certain types/combinations will result in new types of Silky Slimes.

Gen-III Silky Slimes (Sun, Jellyfish, Cloud and Frog) have been released, and a couple of new environment options added.

Ten new emotes have been added: lightning bolt, flame, :D face, D: face, double music note, blush, pale, jealous, rage and skull.

Sakura Fluffs are now available for purchase.

A few customizations are now available for KageSmusha Silky Slimes.
