i really loved the books. stephanie meyers writing kinda reminds me of anne rice's. so i was immedetly in love with the books.

as far as the movie goes...
i'm nervous...
i want it to be really good, but seeing as how movies i've seen recently that are supposed to go to books...haven't well...impressed me much at all.
but i have my fingers crossed...

and well...breaking dawn...
i'm speechless, bwhaha blaugh

It's good for the genre.

I mean, it's teenage literature, so of course it's not going to share the same traits as, say, A Series of Unfortunate Events or The Namesake, both of which happen to be among my favorite books. Of course, I've only read the first one in the series, so.

I'd have liked the romantic aspect to be a little more realistic. The passionate romance kind of got on my nerves a bit. That and the overuse of adjectives. Purple prose is scary... *shudders*

It was a horrible book. It should not have been published. Most Mary-sues aren't. I don't know why that one was.

What do you think about the up and coming movie of twilight? I think it is awesome though some of the actors I'm sketchy about.
What about the book series? The book series is the best, though I think they need to continue with the Edward point of view subject.
What to you think of each character? The characters are awesome and very climactic though there are a few draw backs to a few.
What do you think of the story line? It was sketchy, but in the end the author pulled it off greatly.
I cant wait for the fourth book to come out, can you? Well right now it is already out.
What do you think about them making a movie of the first book? I think it is great and I hope there is a second movie after wards.
What are you expectations? That it will follow the book to the best of its extent and that what they do change is for the better not the worst.

The books are AWESOME!!! Hven't watched the movie yet but i heard it wasn't as good as the book.
my fave character is Alice. In fact my friends in real life and i do a role play, and i'm Alice, so far the others are Tanya and Rosalie.
I think breaking dawn wasn't all so great but it was ok.

I read two chapter's and had to put it down, for the sake of my sanity.
srsly.
It was so s**t, I almost lost my faith in the Writing talents of humanity.
Holy christ, It was written like bad fanfiction and the soppy, stupid, teenage romance of a story line only contibuted to this opinion.

I havent seen the film, but Im pretty sure it'll be as god awful (If not more) than those pappy, faddy, steaming bags of turd that 16 year old girls call books.
