So... I couldn't sleep at all last night. But now I'm super tired so hopefully I can go to sleep at a normal time.

This afternoon I had an egg sandwich. For dinner I had pizza and a sandwich (weird, I know). For a snack I had grapes.

Tomorrow I think I shall call my Mom's friend and start walking 3 miles with her. ^_^

Well my car broke down so I could go with my mom's friend (she lives too far away to walk to and she doesn't drive). I was too depressed to really do anything much.

I ate chicken and baked macaroni for dinner. For a snack I had more grapes.

Stayed up alllll night... I couldn't sleep. So I went on a cleaning spree. For breakfast I had a small bowl of crisp rice cereal without added sugar. Lunch time I had a sandwich of hard salomi and ham on a wheat roll with sunflower seeds. We then went to my Mums and went for a walk. For supper I had a bacon sandwich (there was very little choice at my mums >_<).

Car is at the garage but can't be looked at until Monday. I was surfing the net for a new exercise bike and found one that looks awesome but I'll have to wait 'til I have the extra money to buy it.

Didn't get up until late gonk I had a bowl of crisp rice cereal again without sugar. I had some candy (I know, tisk tisk) from the drug store. I think I'll alter my rules a bit to give myself some lenience on Sundays. Then we went to my Mums and had spaghetti. I had a small serving of that then a handful of chips.

I really need to start exercising and eating better because I don't feel like I've lose any weight. Tuesday I will buy some better stuff to eat (veggies/fruits) when I get more money. I'm going to order an exercise bike off the internet. Hopefully my car will be fixed tomorrow and I will seriously start walking.

I had a dream that I lost a good bit of weight and looked great... and sadly woke up to my fat body so that's some more motivation.

I work up early for work and had a egg sandwich. For lunch I had a pb&j sandwich. For dinner I had ravolis.

I walked to and from work so that's some exercise.

I weighed myself in and it seems I gained weight. gonk I'm at 266lbs... *sigh* And sadly the bike I ordered is on back order so I won't be getting it any time soon... and they garage hasn't finished fixing my car.

Breakfast: Nothing (didn't get up in time, haha)

Lunch: Mushroom soup

Dinner: Steak with mushroom gravy and french fries.

Snack: We went to the carnival and I had 3/4 of a Funnel Cake.

Exercise: Walking around at the carnival. Car is still in the shop, exercise bike is back ordered...

Breakfast: Didn't wake up in time...

Lunch: Didn't wake up in time...

Dinner: Hot dog with sourkrout and cheese, also fries with cheese. (Carnival week!)

Midnight: Mushroom soup.

Exercise: My car's engine is pretty much ********... so... I dunno...

3am: Pizza... my sleep schedule is really messed up and I was super hungry...

8pm: Two hamburgers and fries.

Exercise: Finally got my old car, had to walk all over to get it legal though... Then walked through out Wal-mart shopping. I have to work Friday and Saturday night so I'll have to wait until Sunday to go walking with my friend's mom.

That's what I'm doing actually! It's so awesome, I can sit there and read or something while doing it so my mind isn't even on the slight discomfort and stuff.

Eh, I'm having a bad go of it though... I thought I was pregnant and having had two miscarriages I promptly stopped because I just started this regime and I didn't want to chance it. And now I have a stomach virus or something... hopefully I can clear all this up and start again though.
