alwyscrying240 Its good that you are working, out. 3nodding But, not eatting a complete breakfast can really hurt you. You should try for some protien, a fruit and a grain every morning (Such as two eggs, a piece of toast and a banana). Remember that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! It helps you gain energy to burn the fat! Plus the protien helps build lean muscle. I know it can be hard to cook that stuff when you have school, or whatever, early in the morning. But it only takes a few min (about 3) to make a couple of scrambled eggs. Or you can cook hardboiled eggs the night before, throw them into the fridge, and then grab them to eat, on your way out. Making a life change is all in baby steps ^^ I know that you will meet your weight loss goal!
