Holding at 215.6

Excersice!
None so far. I was going to get up and do kickboxing, but I've got a problem that stops me from that right now.

Food!
Flax water.
A banana
Strawberries
A bit of spaghetti sauce
Onion rings
A smoothie
A few chips
A bit of chocolate.

2 Week Goal:
Still feeling good. Can't wait to get my next goal on it's way. : D

10 pound goal.
Happy. ^^

Last night I got taken to the hospital in an ambulance... Hurrah for period complications. I get periods of intense debilitating pain in my lower abdominal regions, they always think I'm pregnant, I never am, they make me wait for three - seven hours, and it goes away. Send me home. That said, the day I don't go to the hospital... I'll probably die or something, the universe hates me that way enough I'm sure I would.

I didn't check, I'm going to assume 215 still.

Excersice!
None so far, after last night, I don't feel like doing anything. Unfortunately they'll fire me if I don't go to work. So cest la vive.

Food!
Not feeling like eating either.
I had, half a bananna, some candy, 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce on lettuce, more candy, water, tea, some chips and still a little candy (not a HECK of a lot, but still more than I eat usually.)

2 Week Goal:
I think when my bloating goes down I should have this one in. It might not be by next week, considering my night? I'm feeling a bit justified.

10 pound goal.
As long as I get it by the end of the month I've got my goal. 10 pounds or more a month.

I haven't checked. >.> I'm a little worried, Sunday weigh in and measurements are coming up, and I'm slightly... yeah worried.

Excersice!
None yet. I *WILL* go to the pool today.
Spent the day in bed, I take solace in the fact that I've eaten so little.

Food!
A piece of toast with Hummus
An egg.
A carrot with hummus.
A bit of m n'm's, a bit of chips.

2 Week Goal:
Will I make it? ._. I fail in everything. Why should I succeed in this on schedule.

10 pound goal.
>.> I'm on track for the end of the month.

Turns out I'm really depressed.

Weight:
I can't really tell, I'm saying it's the same because I'm on my rag and I'm bloated and gross.

Excersice!
None really yet, nothing more than the usual walking and sex and what not.
Carrying groceries home.

Food!
A breakfast brunch out with my uncle.
1/2 a bagel with strawberry cream cheese
1 eggs benny, yum.
FRUIT! Tons and tons of fruit! FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT!
: D coffee.
Part of a pizza slice (Shared with my peter)
Part of a microwave pop popcorn (Shared with my peter)
Some Pom tea. ._. Want more. ._.

2 Week Goal:
I'm not sure I'm going to make this. I'm pretty bloated so I'm making my dead line tuesday for the pants. I tried them on today, and they almost did up so I know I'm bloated and they fit the same, so I'm thinking I might do this.

10 pound goal.
If I can loose 5 pounds in 15 daysish I'll be good.

Weight:
Still on my period, afraid to touch the scale... tomorrow.

Excersice!
None yet, maybe I'll go to the gym after I get home from work.
Rode 7 miles, 25 minutes
4 laps pool breast stroke.
150 Crunches

Food!
A bit of yogurt with strawberries, banana and maple syrup. (Yeah, it's plain yogurt and it's very sourish.)
Carrots and hummus, (Probably around one carrot (I was using the bits and ends from a bag) and broccoli (Four large florets)
Salad, lettuce, spinach, bell pepper, cuccumber, mushroom, green onion.
Garlemis dressing.
The rest of the yogurt with strawberries (Most of the bannana was gone)
Some white rabbits.
A portion of dessert tofu.

2 Week Goal:
Haven't tried to put the pants on yet.

10 pound goal.
If I can loose 5 pounds in 15 daysish I'll be good.

5lbs in 15 days is definately achievable!

Also, never weigh yourself on your period X_X
You can be retaining up to 5lbs of water and fluids, so it'll seem like you gained a TON.

Wait until a day or two after the end of it n_n

Holding around 215, I'm going to wait one more day to measure myself.

Excersice!
None yet (It's the morning! O.o)
Gym, 45 minutes or so.

I've decided I like the go to the gym at 9 thing, it gives me around 30 minutes to rock the machines with 15-30 to do the pool thing. Then at 11 or midnight I can run up malaspina with peter. : D

Food!
Also none yet.
Half a banana
2 ferio rocher(sp : ( )
Four or five large florets broccoli
Sammich, cheese, spinach, tomato
1/2 bell pepper, 1/3 cuccumber
A bag of popcorn
Curried quinoa w/ seasoned vegetables.

2 Week Goal:
I haven't checked, I'm thinking Wednesday is going to be when I check this and my measurements.

10 pound goal.
5 pounds to go.

Measurements are:
Neck 14.5 No change
Breasts 41 Change. ._.
Waist 35 No change
Hips 43 Change. ._.

Excersice!
30 minutes rode home from work 7 miles.

Food!
Oatmeal,
A pita
A small grab bag of chips
Some candies (My training class doesn't like to dance... ._.)
A roll of sushi
Other assorted things. Small bits.

2 Week Goal:
They almost close up. This was an odd thing to be on two weeks. ._.

10 pound goal.
We'll see?

On the whole, I wasn't too bad in my absence, I ate some pizza one night and then some sweet fries from Pirate chips once, on the whole I wasn't truly 'bad'. That would have been normal for me if I'd been eating the way I was before. I still probably gained weight or something, and I ran out of money for the gym, which is why I'm riding my bike. ._. It's about an hour long bike, so that should be pretty exhausting.
