As far as I know Giovanni is no longer in the show, I read somewhere that he was *killed* by Mewtwo.

That's interesting...I know he hasn't been seen in a while, but I just figured he was distancing himself as much as possible from Jessie and James......I kinda doubt he was killed, though.

As far as I know he was killed off in a short movie that was shown before one of the movies in Japan. But I need to fact check it...

...His Bio on Serebii does not mention his demise, however, I am positive that I read somewhere that he bit the big one, so to speak.

Game-wise, he was supposed to correct the errors of his ways after his defeat by Ash/Red. That never seemed to happen in the show...

Wikipedia didn't say anything about it either, and Wikipedia is great at spoiling things and spreading secrets I'd prefer to learn from actually watching the anime.....(love it anyways) But I don't know for sure...
