I'd say Set definitely knows how to party. Momma (Bast) knows how to rock too, but She's hard to pin down long enough to actually party with. Yinepu is good if you wanna run around like crazy and feel young.
I also get the feeling that Aphrodite could be fun to party with, with of course Pan, Dionysus, and strangely enough I think that Thor could be fun too.
