Not every great beta has certification. It could be an extra, but not a requirement.

So, do you want to make a superrad beta thread in the Fanworks section? Should we list those who wish to be put down as betas, or just let them reply to a post wishing for a beta? Like, someone asks for a beta, and whoever wants to beta for them replies to it. What do you think?

I think we should have people reply and say they want to be betas, at first, but edit the original post of the thread so it has a list of available betas. Any person that needs a beta could ask in that thread and on the original post we can also have a list of those who need betas.

Well, if I were making it, I'd make a introduction post explaining what the thread was, and then another post for the list of people who wish to be listed as betas. And, if we did that, then you could make the first post, and I could make the second post.
