You're telling someone how to harm themselves and not get caught for it. That's just as bad as me telling you where to get heroin, or what's the best bridge to jump off of at night, or how to steal s**t and not get busted. It's ridiculous. What you're doing is harming the person by proxy because you're not stopping it, you're proliferating it. You know it's a crime to watch a molestation take place, this is just as bad, aiding and abetting someone's self-abuse.

Why would you do that? Why would you make such an open, balls-out statement that someone should cut themselves and avoid people who may be able to help them? I'm not saying the school will help them, or their parents will, hell, I'm not even naming specific parties, but someone out there is able to help those who cut themselves, and you just aren't one of them. You might as well be holding the razor and doing it for this person.

Hi I'm a new member, and really don't know many, if any emo guys/girls but from what little I can tell so far Emo really has nothing to do with cutting yourself, although some do, the same could be said for anyone, there are just these people who seem to think slicing up their arms will help. I am correct in assuming that the deffinition of emo is one part fad, three parts music and 20,000,000 parts expressing one's emotions am I not? If so I think that's what interests me in this group of people, I've sadly cried most of the tears I'll be able to cry for quite some time but I seem to have a flare of smile appear on my face from time to time so I rather hope to some degree I'm accepted here. Odd that my first initial post is on a thread about someone cutting themselves though...

I've only gotten busted for having Happy 420 plastered over my jacket and my locker, and under suspicion of the sell and distribution of a schedule 1 substance.
Funny what they suspect 7th graders of. Though its true in my case, it's not in anyone else's. Though I tend to hangout with older kids, I just hate my age group, because of Soulja Boy and all around stupidity.
Ah, do I love being the only one in my whole grade who knows jack s**t besides what they teach us at school.
Like that people spike Booze with PCP, LOL.
And thats an official school book. They also say Marijuana causes Glaucoma though, so I'm not expecting much.
(For those of you who live under a rock, its presribed to help combat Glaucoma, anorexia, insomnia, it increases eye sight, fights cancer, etc)

I guess, but I was just going on personal experience? Obviously they have different policys in different schools, though I was just saying, what's the worst his school could do, and the school knowing might also be..an incentive to stop?
