i don't think it's cool for teens to get pregnant. i mean most of them aren't responsible enough to take care of themselves nor do they have the money to take care of a child. they throw away possible careers when they get pregnant because it's damn near impossible to finish school with a kid. i don't approve. neutral

after college or whenever you've completed your education and have a steady paying job is a good time to have kids then. that way you have some sort of financial security.

My view is early to late 20's is career time and if you want kids late 20's early 30's is the best time.

I'd have to say that I agree with Rellik San...
It's not like it's hard to get pregnant as a teen, but in all honestly why rush it? Show some self control and just wait...
If you have children you need to be responsible for them and even if you think you're ready for it in your teens you're putting more weight and more responsiblity on yourself than is necesary.
If you plan on getting a good job or going to school or giving your kid a good life you should wait until your late 20's. If you intend on going to college you should finish college too because taking care of your roommate can be as much of a problem as having a kid... imagine both. =P

Some teens can give their kid a good as life as an older person's parents.

If by that you mean love and a kool fun person to hang out, i'm not going to say that isn't possible for a teen to give their kid just as good a life as an older person. and I don't think you have to be a certain age to have children. The thing is maturity and being able to be responsible usually do come with age and those are a definite need if you plan on raising a child. It's a lot more than babysitting.
How is a teenager going to provide for the child? with their full time job and their spouse to help them?
When you have a kid they see everything you do and copy most of it. You become a huge influence on their life.
It's better just to wait until you're actually ready to have children and can provide for them.

I really don't think teens should be parents, seeing as quite a few of them are no where near being mature.
If their pregnancy was an accident that shows everyone that they don't have responsibility. If they think it's so hard to put on a condom or go on birth control, raising a child seems almost out of the question.

I have a friend that is pregnant. I feel so bad for her. It's so much to take on. She's scared out of her mind. And she's mad at herself. I can't say I really blame her for that...
