Well, yeah, but still. ^^ I used it in emerald to sweep a friend of mines team, and he had a level 100 Rayquaza and Mewtwo as well, and a level 90 something Marshtomp (Which ironically took the most time to beat). |

Though Deoxys' Attack form does have a pretty righteous speed stat when raised right, so the low defense and sp. defense don't really matter when you can pwn your opponents before they can hit you cool |
