There is actually a funny story here. One of the teamups you do in the game is with a girl who has a Clefairy that knows Metronome. We got bushwacked by a couple of Team Galactic/Galaxy goons, and her Clefairy used Metronome, and let loose a Judgment. I almost fell of my chair when that happened, and Judgment is Arceus signature move that it learns at level 100.

Wow, that's awesome! The most interesting thing that happened to me using metronome was Splash twice in a row. (I cried)

I've had my Togepi use Poison Fang, Roar of Time and Sky Attack with Metronome before. It was great.

In tournament play they can. They also banned Ubers. And I believe all the OHKO moves were banned. sweatdrop But with Articuno its ever cheaper since it also has...Mind Reader(I think thats what its called) That will make OHKO moves always hit.
