Grrrrr Ive been horrible at keeping to a diet.

School and work been making me less time for exerise.

Hope Show Choir will help with exerise part.

New Year New start Ive been getting worse ugh and now have less time because i work more sad

Eat More veggies
fruits

LESS Bread
maybe this will work maybe not only time will tell confused

So i guess today was ok i woke up and went on the scale and it said 152 and i was happy but i got to work and go all upset and when i came home it said gasp 157

and i guess i didnt eat enough yesterday cause i wasnt felling well last night sigh

so this stress stuff is all bad for me burning_eyes
