....as funny as this discussion is, its time to get serious.....

I'm with you in doubting it was Amy Lee who posted that, and because of this you shouldn't hold any resentment for her from this......or from her music, because lets face it, everyones styles are different, and from this it should not be judged..........and if it was not Amy Lee, I'm fairly sure she would be extremely dissappointed with her impersonator (and possibly want them arrested for fraud), as well as appreciating what you have written.....

.....if it was the real Amy Lee, then this will make a blow to her sense of character, and you should be congradulated for the act......

Well I don't like evanescence either..But it has nothing to do with them being popular or not,I just have a dislike for Amy lee...wth reason ofcourse.But I do have have quite a few of there cds,but I also own make-up...But I don't use it...The cds are mainly birthday/christmas presents from a friend..I never wanted them,but I still kept them for reasons unknown.

As for not liking them because they are popular? thats not at all true, I do feel Amy Lee needs serious singing lessons, she has possibility but her current range is shrill and hurts my ears.

How can you even say that is even her? I mean, why would she have an account on here? Secondly, what she said seemed childish, she seems to me to be the type not to say something like that. I like some of her music by the way, I just can't grasp the idea that that was not her and someone pretending to me her, after all this is the internet.

Actually if you read the message it was on the Kerrang boards and also I stated many times over that I very much doubted it was the real Amy Lee.
