i have to agree with them kitten, and you can always put aout a restraining order against him. but this is a serious situation, and something needs to be done as soon as possible.

well kitten we've all decided what we think you should do, but it's really up to you. if i could i would call but i can't just dial 911 and say "hey a friend of mine in another state has a friend and such"
it doesn't work.
i know that it's hard to think about though.
