Amy gasped softly as she saw someone charm her drink. She also noticed Ryzan at the bar, and while she was quite uncomfortable now, she was more interested in what that woman had done.
Amy quickly walked over to the woman and smiled politely. "Umm, hello. My name is Amethyst, but you can call me Amy, if you like. I, uh, hope you don't mind me coming up here to speak to you, but I noticed that you charmed your drink."
She pointed to the drink in the woman's hand.

Amy's eyes were wide as she listened to the woman. She hadn't given her name, and the way she spoke was quite fascinating. It actually caused a small smile to appear on her face.
Wait, what reputation did her name have? Hmm.. She'd have to find that out later.
"Well, I was wondering... how did you do that? Is it something you learned, or is it something you can do naturally?"

Amy's face fell just slightly. She thought that maybe this woman, Lady Leko, was a witch. Ah well. She still seemed to know some magic of sorts. That could be helpful! And hell, she was the fourth in command! That was damn cool.
... She really needed to stop thinking so much.
"Well, yeah, it does. Thank you, Lady Leko. Uh, do you happen to know if the magic you are able to do is at all like a witch's magic?"
She really hoped that didn't sound as weird as it sounded to her own ears...

Ah. Even so, attending a funeral or memorial service can at times be difficult. Of course it is mzilst difficult if you and the departed were close, rilu'oh even if you were not, it can remind you of your own mortality and the fact that it may be someone dear to you having such a service performed for them someday.
