Well, that depends. If she was smart and learned the jutsu's Suiun Suishi or Takitsubo then she can just summon the water she needs to her. That or she carries around a container for it. Kinda like Gara and his sand. She would need a big enough source of it though for a fight so those jutsus are the way to go. Man. I should have entered the exams. v.v'' I would have pwned.

I honestly hate the fact that the elements are so backwards in polarity. Honestly. How in the world is lightning not damaging to a Suiton user. v.v'' Water is a friggin conductor of electricity. >:/ Messes with my mind.

@muffin: earth... metals specifically are all conductors. that's what makes water conductive. the metal particles that float around in impure water. otherwise it aint much of a good conductor. mind you can split water into oxigen and hydrogen molecules with electricity. it's more beleivable to have it as is.

Hydrogen and Oxygen atoms on their own are nonmetals which are not good conductors of electricity but because of H and O combining you get a higher ionization energy which gives it a higher boiling point. I cant specifically explain after that point why its a good property for electricity but unless you are a science major I doubt you could tell me either without wikipedia. :/ and Um.. I dont think splitting Oxygen and Hydrogen atoms will give you electricity. They are both nonmentals.

i wasn't saying you were entirely wrong. just... not entirely right. and it's fine. i get it. and. i'd understand most. love chem. if i weren't going into accounting i'd be trying for chem. anyways. not in the mood to argue. just trying to find out if i can reform using douka but not entirely in a human form. like. say. transform my arm into a blade.
