'Pfffft. Bijuu Killer. What an actual joke.' Seo said in the twins telepathic link. 'I don't know Seo. Not even the Hokage knows why he's named that. There's weight behind a name like that.' Hotaru retorted back as he continued to listen in on the meeting. Unfortunately the twins didn't really have much to add. They were simply along for the ride it seemed. Not much time had even passed from the time they had walked in through the door before the meeting was already over. "Oh it was nice meeting you Lady Hokage!" Hotaru called out before both twins followed Takao's lead and bowed. Seo once again would meld into her brother's body, leaving Hotaru alone. The twin smiled at the hokage and left the room. 'I suppose we can just go to the gates.' Hotaru said with a shrug, there wasn't much they could do in Konoha.
Mimiru Tetsunami entered into the Hokage's Office with her Academy documentation as well as certification of her completed missions and internship work. Everything was organized and it was clear to see by how she had made everything easy to look over and approve that she was prepared to join the ranks as a fully fledged kunoichi of the Leaf Village. As a Zelelist, she was always one to make sure to do everything to save time. Then there was her Daoist beliefs that also encouraged her to keep things simple and clear.
With the office attendant notified, she then took a seat in the waiting area until she was called upon to present her evidence of training. Mimiru was excited with the prospect of being able to display her accomplishments to a superior and hopefully deemed worthy of her goal. Not only would be becoming a Genin be a big boost to her credibility as a self-proclaimed Ninja Guitarist, but it would also bring her greater honor among her family.

I hope you are doing well today.โ She would greet the blue hair lass, in her gentle and straightforward manner, offering a short, polite bow of her head to Mimiru.
The blonde woman extended the arm holding the clipboard to signal that the other girl follow her, offering a little more insight to who she was as she went. โPlease, this way if you will. My name is Mayumi, Iโm lady Sadayos assistant and will be seeing to your needs today, I hope thatโs not an inconvenience for you.โ She would express without a hint of insincerity as she would lead the student to on of the side offices and opened the door, and waited for the student to enter, closing the door behind her and walking to the lesser desk near the windows, sliding into the seat and putting the clipboard and bag on the table. Mayumi linking her fingers as she placed her elbows on the desk and gave a raise of the eyebrows and a tilt of the head, โSo, how might I be able to help you today?โ She would ask while meeting the other girls eyes and maintaining eye contact from that point, only breaking it to glimpse at the fact the other girl was holding papers of some sort, readying her hand to reach and receive them should the other girl offer them.
Mimiru blinked as she was addressed by Mayumi. Upon the questioning as for her purpose here in the office, and the woman's introduction, the young woman extended forth the scrolls she carried proving her documented student records. "I have completed the required courses, and tasks around the Village. I feel I have achieved the level of where I can be a useful and productive kunoichi in the Village.", she said with a formal bow at the end. It was clear by her mannerisms that the trainee was respectful, and even welcoming. A kind spirit that was likely trained in the medical field is what stood before Mayumi.
She was not trying to be boastful or a braggart. Mimiru seemed more humble in her offering of her records than anything. While, as a Zelelist, she was not keen on wasting time, the young priestess of the Tetsunami famiy also kept things simple and ever advancing in a line of self-perfection. She hoped internally that this would progress in the direction she was aiming, which was her own shinobi career advancement.
Akio would make his way quickly from Takijinsei to the Hokage's Building. Coming to the front desk area, he had a fairly rushed and alarmed expression on his face. Even a person who did not know this young Genin could likely tell that this was not a natural expression he took on often. Words would come flooding out of his mouth to whoever he had to speak to after just entering. Because of course he wasn't going to barge into the kage's actual office, he was not a rude child. He was always taught manners. "Uh-Uhm, sorry to disturb you." He started, fumbling with some of his words. "Can I speak to the kage as soon as possible please? It is important...I think?" He said, even questioning his own words as he was unsure of whether or not it was something important or not.

Well today was the day that Shikarie was to ask for her special assignment. She had been on a three-man squad with Inohachi and Chosuke for so long that she had to take this into deep consideration. If she was being honest, she felt she could protect them better from behind the scenes. Plus her jutsu seems to be better suited for covert missions rather than the main battlefield. Arriving at the Hokage office Shikarie clearly had a change of appearance from what others were used to seeing her in. Her hair is no longer tied up into twin pigtails with her signature red ribbons. Instead, her hair was completely down and looked far less tamed. These days she just let her hair do whatever the hell it wanted. Her clothes looked less calculated as well. Just a simple white hoodie with a few red stripes on the sleeves, a black shirt, white shorts, black stalkings, and a pair of basic shoes. Of course, she had to find a way to include her favorite color so naturally, she chose red gloves.
Arriving to the Hokage's office Shikarie approached the receptionist she could see quite a few people where here. 'What a pain' She thought to herself. If EVERYONE was here to see the Hokage then that just meant she would have to wait longer to see her. Not wanting to go out of her way to conversate with anyone she just approached the desk and spoke."Excuse me, I'm Shikarie Nara. Is there any chance I will be able to see Lady Hokage today about a possible......special assignment"The girl was vague on purpose, as she knew those within the force she is hoping to join are strictly confidential.

The Hohoemi puppet continued its lively bit. His hand coming and going to his smile as light noises of laughter escaped him. His hand fell to his cheek. If it could take on a dreamy faรงade than these lighthearted gestures were about as close as it could get. โHA! All this notoriety and not a clone of his to bask in it!โ This puppet was such a night and day difference between the woman Miki could have spoken with. If Hohoemi had a heart beneath his yellow coat, his clacking wooden hands would be pressing against it. โYour ambition is so bright. Ahh. Remember to keep your head on straight out there.โ
The happiest of Sadayoโs puppets would happily wave her off.

Iโm the next best thing, I promise!โ But before long he had little choice but to turn back to Koetsu. Sadayoโs attention was really being turned every-which-way today.

Of the puppets put to use for the Storm visitors, the Gishin puppet was still there. She was a tall, delicate, floating so-nโ-so seeming to tidy up after the long-distance travelers left. At this infamous receptionist's desk the tray of cups and creams was placed for the actual, dutiful receptionist to return to a kitchen. The puppet towered over most visitors, even above the ground, and she paused beside a visitor fumbling a request to speak. Gishin, with Sadayoโs voice beginning to project as a whispery warble. โImportant how?โ A brittle, soft-spoken voice seeming to echo from obscured places, it seems, inquires. Unlike Hohoemi, Gishinโs expression was hidden. Her mouth obscured by a plate and eyes, closed, may have been peeking through the strands of her white hair. The puppet raised her finely sculpted hand to show she wasnโt exactly a curious nobody. โI know itโs not easy to see right away. But in a way, itโs me, Sadayo.โ

Another showed up seeming to ask about seeing the Hokage as well. It almost immediately made the young shinobi feel bad about coming in. Even if he followed procedures, and was patient he felt bad about interrupting or adding more work onto their leader's already full plate. He was addressed rather quickly, the female...puppet? addressed him rather quickly though. He still felt bad about potentially adding to the woman's work load. The puppet's words seemed to be true, at least he felt them to be true. It was Sadayo sure. The young boy would speak, a bit nervously. "I believe you, uhm. Well you see...I was meditating and I saw this dragon. And a lot of other stuff happened too....but when I woke up? Opened my eyes? However meditation really works, I felt like I had this mark on the back of my neck that the dragon put there." He said to the puppet, even turning around and lifting part of his hair to show the puppet the golden ็ฟผ symbol on the back of his neck. "I didn't know if it was something I should worry about. Or report it to you. Or if you knew someone who knew more about it. So I just came to ask about it." Letting his hair fall back onto his neck and turning around before he had spoke again to make sure he was polite. Even if it was a puppet that the hokage was communicating to him through he felt it would be rude to speak while his back was turned to her.
The assistant that Shikarie was talking to started to rattle as it moved and talked to those who had arrived before her. It was a puppet. 'Oh that's right, I forgot she is a puppet user' Allowing those who needed to speak to the puppet to have their space, Shikarie stepped aside and just leaned up against the wall with her arms crossed. Thinking to herself from the first time she met the woman. It was back when she was still a genin. 'Come to think of it, wasn't that right before that weird training session with......what was his name again? Hmmm ugh I can't remember. All I know was that it sucked' Her mental complaints would stay incased in her head. Her attention was brought back to the real world once the puppet turned its attention to her. Waving its arm, gesturing for her to come back telling her to whisper in its ear. Did puppets even have ears? It seemed to be acting somewhat independently, so it must be collecting information somehow.
Pushing herself off the wall Shikarie approached the puppet. Leaning over she cuffed her mouth with her left hand, insuring those in the room with them can't read her lips."I'm looking to get a reassignment...into the Anbu. If you need me to plea my case I will. Taking a step back she would allow the puppet to respond to her request. You see, Shikarie is a Nara and their jutsu is best suited for diversion and capture. Because of this, she feels her skills would be better suited for more covert operations.

reaching a hand out to receive the documents Mayumi would actually take a moment to study the blue haired student as she listened to what Mimiru had to say. The girl spoke clearly, came prepared with documents and a polite, confident and genuine seeming way about her, she lacked arrogance and stated what she wanted without any the demanding expectancy some students might. Mayumi gave a paced nod to show she had heard her, holding up a finger a create a shadow with a click of her fingers, all the chakra forming done mentally. The clone strode off and out the office as the real Mayumi started to open the first of the younger Zelelists scrolls, her gentle yet hard to read eyes on Mimiru as she said โSo you telling me you have completed the expect curriculum and put in of the expect amount of work and character building experiences and feel ready to step into the full world of the shinobi in service of your village? The question itself was rhetorical but Mayumi paused anyway, taking a second to glance at the title information of the scroll she had opened, her tone denoting very little of how Mayumi might feel but didnโt come off as disbelieving or like she was questioning if Mimiru was serious.
She looked back up while using one hand to brush one of her bangs out of her face and back into place, rubbing the ends between her thumb and forefinger gently. โThis scroll is about your internship at the hospital, the other seems to mention you doing work at Devious delights so while i look these over, please tell me what did you get out of each of those two experiences. I would like you to tell me in your own, honest words if you feel that you got anything of value from and if so, what. Then I would like you to finish off telling me how this knowledge and experience makes you feel that you are ready to move up to Genin.โ These words again carried no sense that she didnโt believe Mimiru and was actually curious as to knowing how these experiences help the blue haired girl to grow and how this made her ready to serve her village. Mimiru would be old enough to understand this was a test, borderline graduation students were often probed to check their character and see if they had gained some of the needed early genin qualities that were required to make it, which Mimiru of course was, but she should show as much.
It was here that her clone arrived back and put another document on the desk beside Mayumi, which would be the third thing she looked through while letting Mimiru share the merits of her hard work. Mayumi wasnโt trying to make things difficult for Mimiru but the other girl could have expected something similar from Sadayo, who would at minimal lightly lecture some of the impotence and the expectations toward duty and what the positions importance and what it stood for at very leastโฆ. certainly willing to send them back if she felt they didnโt properly grasp things.
Ooc: (as you did two groups of five missions that were both on the same day, which realistically implies she probably worked at both of them for at least a week in reality. She will define it as two different assignments as opposed to treating it as ten separate for the sake of narrative flow. But yeah, your test aspect of this narrative mission is for Mimiru to simply say some of what she gained from the experience at hospital and restaurant and basically how this put in time and is gains made her decide โIโm now ready for thisโ thereโs no chance of failing or s**t, Iโm trying to make this not cut and dry, otherwise sheโd have the headband already and She be telling Mimiru to leave XD )
Mimi stood silently as Mayumi analyzed her records and then seemed to put her through the paces with quite the break down of her time in the academy, but then also questioning her resolve. The young priestess performer was not one to waste time, or back down from a challenge that might improve herself. A smile crept across her lips as she gestured to herself and then to Mayumi as she spoke, "I would not be wasting your precious time if I did not feel I was prepared. If my faith in my abilities was in question, I would be continuing my training, but with the looming threats on the horizon I think you would agree that my medical proficiency is of value." Her voice was calm, and soothing, obviously one of a singer and one with good bedside manner.
Mimiru then turned her attention to the next line of questioning, this time based on her internships. Some might not have considered her work very useful in the line of being a kunoichi, but in this instance, it was worth explaining. "My time at the restaurant is worth the reasoning. So proper nutrition is needed when considering treatment options for patients. Also, work in a kitchen prepares one for the role of a supporting act, so to speak. If you cannot humble yourself to serve your fellow Villagers food, how can you expect to be able to serve them with your very life?", she explained before progressing on to the more interesting of her two assignments. Though, she did make some solid points about the cooking work.
When it came to speaking about her time in the hospital, Mimiru felt like there was little that could be disputed as relevant to her future position as a medical ninja of the Hidden Leaf. "I spent time in the hospital, training and learning the essentials of my future career in the Village. As a potential member of the medical corps, I needed to be able to know if I could handle the stresses of day to day injury treatment as well as potential emergency cases. I feel, and my overseers felt, that I was quite capable.", she explained with a wide grin now, obviously proud of that achievement in particular. "Anything else you would like to know?", she then concluded, putting the ball, so to speak back in Mayumi's court.

โฑโฐโฑIt was a quick interaction with my friend but it was nice to see Takao in any case. Takao's brief reassurances meant more to me than he perhaps realized. Nonetheless, I had a sense that my life was about to change and that I was at the threshold. When the double-dayo appeared before me and asked her question for me, I just bowed and presented a file. The folder had a few pages of his progress as a genin and an application to advance to chuunin and join the JUEI. "I'm seeking advancement to chuunin and to become an initiate in the JUEI, Lady Hokage." My application materials included descriptions of my missions. It included my mission where I slit the rogue jonin Kobayashi's throat after he attempted to kill Kiku and I and abscond with vast amounts of gems and a local gang. I also included all of my work at the hospital as I was also an aspiring medic, poison specialist, and doctor. Finally, the mission report where I busted another gang with Kiku in the warehouse using my kikaichu and fought the Jashinists at the Falls were all placed in full detail. There were my academy test records and a profile that highlighted my skills with Harmonic Death Arts, poisons, iryojutsu, stealth, and, of course, the kikaichu.

Class Information First Class: Medical โฑโฐโฑ Maladies Physician โ Shinobi of this discipline are experts in iryojutsu and are especially well-versed in afflictions. Their medical techniques cure all symptoms of status effects applied to the user, rather than where most of the techniques cure them one at a time. In addition, medical techniques which inflict a status may inflict three different applications of the status, rather than just one. The user's crafted poisons also carry this property. The shinobi also obtains 5 custom techniques for medical ninjutsu as well as a Medical Ninjutsu Keystone technique. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. Mayumi managed to scan through the medical works documents before Mimiru finished answering the first question Mayumi wanted her too. Her head nodded lightly as she considered the swift and well put response, showing the off some of Mimirus self confidence with a lack of superior to it, not one to mince words and clearly good at talking with people. Most importantly she gave a valid and non selfish reason, her age potentially attributing to that, as many students often believed themselves ready when their skills didnโt yet cut it. If it wasnโt due to them lacking their ninja basic skill then then it was because they didnโt have the right mindset and felt entitled, though Mimiru seemed to have both the required fields by what sheโd seen so far and even added a valid point in respect to her medical talents. Shifting her weight slightly and flipping to a different document, her eyes breaking from Mimiru and back to the form as the girl moved onto expressing what she had gained from her work experiences.
Looking up from her paper near the end of her experiences as Mimiru gave a better answer than most, also from what she gathered she knew a little about the younger womanโs time at Devious delights, though indirectly. Most besides a few food or cooking eccentrics would express little joy to assisting in the kitchen, even at a place as well organized as Devious delights. Mayumi was a common customer there and like to chat with the staff so she knew if they had a student who struggled unhappily as opposed to put in their all and learn from the experience, Mimiru was probably the student that had been helping them the prior week. Giving a very light smile Mayumi would make an affirming โNhโ!โ To the gentle voiced girls statement and ending comment in respect to her time at the restaurant, not going further than that to not interrupt.
Her words on her time at the hospital were readily confirmed by written comments within the papers in front of Mayumi, her future career in the medical corps was all but assured based on these writings. The proud smile on Mimirus definitely had a soothing affect, combine with her manner of speaking and attitude, any patient would appreciate her at their side and if she could maintain that demeanour when healing in combat then she would be a true asset. Shifting her weight and swiftly sorting out the documents in between her fingers, Mayumi would shake her head โnoโ just before speaking โI donโt think thereโs anything else I need to know, by what I can tell and has been noted, you are hard working and open to adaptability, not put off by tasks that would be repetitive or mentally taxing and seek ways to continuously better your abilities. On top of that you have a good amount of knowledge, are composed, work well with others and are good at communicating as well as have the drive to do your part for the villageโฆ. add in your completed training and thereโs likely no fault one could find to prevent your advancement!โ Her tone was still pretty placid, though if compared to when she last spoke she would at least sound a little more friendly.
At this point Mayumi stood up and using both hands reached out to return the documents the Mimiru had originally handed her, they were her personal records after all, plus there was a hidden reason to this as well. โSo miss Mimiru Tetsunami, on behalf of the Konohagakure and Lady Sadayo I would like to inform you that youโre candidacy for promotion to Genin has been approved, we hope to see the skills you have demonstrated continue and grow in, Iโm confident your will be a splendid shinobi, congratulations on becoming a fellow genin!โ She beamed lightly at the newly promoted genin, offering a warm look as she pointed to the documents sheโd handed over with both hands, a headband sheโd made all but imperceivable came into being, cloth neatly folded beneath the sheen of the forehead protector with the village symbol looking up at Mimiru.
