Co-Ownership Agreement for Anguis

Owners:
Ladyfirefox89 & AllSummedUpNJazz


Teepee Rights:
Both Owners have teepee rights.

Breeding Rights:
Either one of us can enter the pair in depending on who is able to. We also will both have rights to enter him in any mixers that may come along or any other type of contest, as long as Anguis is able to/single at the moment. Both of us have rights to baskets encase there are three from any breeding we may gift to the other owner.

RP Rights:
Both of us have rights to Rp Anguis but his personality must stay the same.

Signature Rights:
Both of us have rights

Life Altering/Major Decisions:
Breedings Partners : Must be discussed with both owners along with flings
Ladyfirefox89 has last say on plots.


Breaking Ownership: ladyfirefox89 can break the Agreement for any reason at any time

Akuma get full rights to his first breeding. After she uses this breeding, with Beatrix, all rights will revert back to me.
Akuma also gets Signature rights.

Alexia keeps rights to everything else.
If at any time, and any reason, I feel the need to break this co-ownership, I can. In this case all rights will return back to me.

Mameha has Teepee and sig rights to Galious, but not RP. Although any drastic changes to the personality/life altering events will be discussed between owners before they happen.

Both owners have to agree on any Lifemate/Fling partners.

Mameha will have rights to a basket from his first breeding, at such time ownership will revert fully back to Argent.

Lady Argentum Draconis agrees to co-own Galious with Mameha Otome.

Co-Ownership Agreement for Tanzi between CheshireKttty and II--Gen3sis--II


Both CheshireKttty & II--Gen3sis--II will receive full rights. This includes:
-Teepee Rights
-Rights to have Stats in BOTH teepees
-Signature Rights
-Rights to use in Contests
-Full Rp Rights
-Any other rights that may become available in the future

Breeding Rights:
II--Gen3sis--II will receive rights to one breeding as will CheshireKttty. The third breeding may be shared. Breeding rights will go in no particular order and must be decided on by both owners.

Mates/flings/& other life changing/altering decisions:
Must be agreed upon by both owners.

If II--Gen3sis--II leaves gaia or is not heard from for six months, all rights will revert back to CheshireKttty. I (CheshireKttty) reserve the right to end this co-own for any reason. II--Gen3sis--II may withdraw Co-own rights at any time but may not transfer co-ownership.

I, Tara de Draiocht, agree to share ownership of Fayette with Depawsit

1. Both owners have rights to put her in our signature.
2. Depawsit has the right to one fling but must contact me before planned fling occurs.
3. Depawsit is allowed to RP to her hearts content.
4. Depawsit has Teepee Rights.
5. Depawsit must contact me if she wishes to give up her co-owning rights.
6. Final breeding will be chosen by Tara de Draiocht
