Lil Brat I Ceymore Ratz [Boo Boo... might be an adult, her U-TUBE music comes from my youth, however she has not posted for some time. Can you find out her name as it appears on Gaia? Thanks She is in my profile also.[Boo Boo Kitty], but her comment makes me wonder if she is an adult.

I had to fire a couple of subs the other day for slacking, and now I am trying to fix their screw ups. If I higher another crew to fix the problems, it will cost me twice as much and there goes my profits. The crew I fired were a husband and wife team. Ireally hate to do this sort of thing because It makes me feel so guilty.
They would not listen to me so I drew a perspective drawing off what was needed and they still did it their own way. Well if they try to take me to court over it I at least have thew drawings which they signed, so they will have a hard time proving themselves right.
Now I am working 14 to 16 hours pr day untill things are back to where they are suppose to be.
