I can't find the country that they meet in, all I see is Quirrell saying he meet Voldemort in a forest, while he was traveling the world. I do remember Wormtail saying he found Voldemort in Albania, as Celestial said. However, he does say he meet a vampire in Romania.

Ouagadougou. I had to look it up to make sure I spelt it right. I wrote it down cuz JK Rowling said a lot of stuff that would happen in the six book is foreshadowed in the second book. So after I read the fifth book, I disected the second book and wrote down anything that could be used. This was one of them ^^
