The Messiah and the Plague Doctor (Closed)

[Steel Jay]

The doctor came out of his study. The clicks of his heels brought out in a sullen measure.
Click...
Click...click.
click...
He entered the parlor, looking at the dying embers.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moe then realized something, and then woke up.
She looked around for Caleb, and, eventually finding him, she phasekissed him on the cheek.
"Heehee."  

[Steel Jay]

Caleb began to turn red again. "...Yes?" He looked down to her, keeping his mask far enough away that he would not poke her forehead.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moe nuzzled his neck.
"I promised myself I'd kiss oyu once a day, Sir..."  

[Steel Jay]

"I must have forgotten." Caleb replied. "Forgive myself."  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moe giggled.
"I don't mind in the least!"  

[Steel Jay]

Caleb's skin color turned to a soft pink. He straightened his body in its stiff stance.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moe looked up at him, blushing.
"U-Uhm..."  

[Steel Jay]

"Yes?" Caleb questioned.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moe shivered.
"It's so calming, being here like this."  

[Steel Jay]

"I have to put more wood in the fireplace." Caleb commented, he broke off, taking the grill off of the fireplace and placing several logs into the fireplace.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moe nodded.
"I see."
She exited, going up to pet Marche.  

[Steel Jay]

Caleb replaced the grill, seeing the pale white bark catching aflame in the smolders.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Marche crept out of his cage again to seat himself on Moe's chest.
Moe sighed.
"Perverted rabbit..."
