oh sorry - I'm a noob at tektek too.
i guess it is some site connected with gaia in some way? not sure...
but it is where people go to create "dream AVs" or sometimes when there are contest to dress up your AV you can use that site to create an image of your AV wearing items that are available through Gaia.
the site is tektek.org
