I usually make a rhubarb cobbler which goes over pretty good around here. And warm rhubarb sauce over ice cream is pretty good too! I've even tried making a rhubarb chutney before that turned out ok. )) (( Edit: Oh look, Psyzapp! ... a straight! biggrin ))

((Posted ~ may post a few others when I find them, including a Gingerbread Man recipe ~ all natural, no sugar - uses honey and molasses. If I can find that recipe book. Kids... stare ))

((Need to feed Brat's fish and then go to bed, it's 11:00 here and I have to be up at 5:00 to get said kids ready for the bus. The 15 yo doesn't like to wake up...so 10 trips down the hall later, I finally get her out and she's wants to get snarky w/me. stressed Is it the weekend, yet? ))
