thinks she is blushing, never had seen a merman, she was amazed, say the least

Sounds like Riku wants to become human. Cass cast her human spell on Riku. Riku was now transforming from merman to human. Riku felt the human's magic as he began to completely change. Riku felt his fins splitting into two, his lower fish body began to disappear as it started to lose its color and match skin tone. His legs emerged, and his tail fins become feet. Within seconds, the transformation was finished & a young man was sitting on the shore.
This is amazing... I became a human. Riku said as he admired his new human legs and feet. Am I making you blush, Peach? Riku said to Peach. Riku tried to stand up on his human legs to see what it was like but she was really wobbly and felt tingly, then fell down into the water with a splash, then Riku sat up straight again.

Sure, Peach. First time seeing a merman newly human? Riku said to Peach as he accepted Peach's hand for learning to stand and walk.
