I was just thinking.If you kill yourself, then everyone that cared about you would become depress. If you cut yourself, it's easier to hide.

I don't see how either of them are comparable.
Cutting yourself breaks open skin, makes you bleed, and quite possibly makes you faint, or poison your skin.
Killing yourself is suicide, and permanent.
For the record, while we are comparing things that really should not be compared, I'd choose suicide over cutting. Why? Because cutting is just a sorry, sad excuse for relieving stress or inflicting pain upon yourself.
And I do not believe in self-mutilation. Quite honestly, it disgusts me.

I hate it when people are like "oh yeah...I'm bi-polar so its ok if i cut"
It makes me upset cuz I've been diagnosed by 3 doctors (with borderline) and put through a s**t load just to get me to where i am today.
I never used it as an excuse, I was diagnosed like...4 years after i began. (I no longer do it of course)
