__Ikuyo stepped through the doors that would change her life forever. She had only been in this 'tribe' for a small amount of time and already her mind was troubled with all of their customs. First it was the cleaning of her catch in the square markets, then she harassed for bargaining too low for goods, which were dirt and grime in her opinion, and then to top it all off she almost got into a fight with some man who felt the need to grab her hand! Honestly it was a wonder why she was still here when she had great mother to look after her but it had to be done. Just think of it as another trial. There was grest change on the horizon, she could feel it in the way Mother Hanaru breathe quickened. No she was certain this is exactly where she needed to be and she would not forsake her duties as Woodwaker. Making her way to the office she was directed to earlier Ikuyo pushed her way in without understanding for how rude she might be being. "Alana Theron. Oi seek ter 'owl audience wi' de Warchief."

__ Kagami's shadow clone nodded to Obei when she explained her meaning. She smiled as she good-naturedly fumbled with her apology. "It's fine, Obei." The Kogarashi leader said as she finished her soup. Yet another strange character approached the office. When she asked for the warchief Kagami rolled her eyes. "Why must fate send all the weird ones to me?" She then waved the blond woman in and would respond. "That would be me. What do you want?" The Kogarashi leader made her rank in the organization clear as she waited for Ikuyo to answer her question.
Meanwhile, the real Kagami appeared from a kamui portal outside of her office further down the hallway. She walked toward the training area. Kagami needed to get some fresh air and hone her skills.
When Kagami got some privacy in the training area of the arena she began to focus on her Sakkakugan. The dojutsu was straining to her, but she wanted to see if she could advance it further. She focused intensely on a targeted area in her line of sight. Kagami used her chakra control capabilities and manifested a white light. She then projected the light from her eyes to create a null point. In this area, no bloodline technique could exist.
LEARNED: Kūhaku Chiten [ Null Point ] | A
Kagami moved to the next phase of her training. Her eyes were tired from the Null Point so she rested them. The light then disappeared as she worked up the strength to improve her weakness techniques. She had an ominous feeling that she would need to use these abilities in force soon. A white light blared from her eyes suddenly. It lit up the entire arena as she focused her chakra through her dojutsu. The incredible range of the technique even effected her own abilities. That was clearly the price of using such a powerful technique.

For her next trick, Kagami used her dojutsu while practicing a genjutsu. She supplied extra chakra to the illusion. This allowed her to change the source that could cast the illusion. Suddenly, the leaves blowing through the wind could activate the genjutsu in question. This would serve to make them more deceptive.
LEARNED: Ichiji-tekina Sekai [ Ephemeral Worlds ]
Now she wished to learn how the Sakkakugan could augment the genjutsu of others. This might come in handy as she read from the scroll she obtained from the library weeks before. She focused her chakra intently. She continued to practice on genjutsu cast by an ally Kogarashi guard. Kagami then discovered that she was able to empower the genjutsu of another perfectly.
LEARNED: Nichibotsu [ Nightfall ]
The next technique she read about allowed her to reverse the durations of genjutsu currently affecting a target. She used a Kogarashi agent as her training subject. She cast three genjutsu on him and then used her Sakkakugan. She found that she was able to increase the time that the genjutsu was in by reversing the expiration of the illusion somehow. Eventually she was able to master this valuable ability.
LEARNED: Owari Jikan [ End Times ]
This dojutsu was becoming invaluable to her certainly. Now she wanted to drastically increase the power of her genjutsu. The more strengthening of genjutsu ability would allow her to make genjutsu drastically more potent and possibly expand it over massive areas. However, its weakness was that it took such a bloody long time to prepare. Kagami considered this an amazing option for a grand illusion that she had in store. She focused on the technique until mastery.

The gruesome form technique was the final technique that she needed to learn. There was only one technique that was beyond the capabilities of her implant. The implanted dojutsu was not her own so the eyes would resist her and force her unable to use a technique as powerful as Null Domain. The gruesome form, however, was within her grasp. She practiced creating the form out of mental stress. Eventually, it was successful.

After her grueling implant training, it was time to focus on some genjutsu techniques. It was in her capacity to add even more techniques to her arsenal. Kagami read the scroll and allowed her eyes to roll over a bunch of techniques. Just by reading the techniques she knew that she could master them.

Now it was time to learn some more ninjutsu. Although she was not nearly as quick of a study with ninjutsu as genjutsu, she was still highly proficient in learning it and executing it. She read a series of non elemental techniques as well as sealing techniques. She wished to broaden her knowledge of sealing and add more maruton to her arsenal. Certainly, she had plenty of suiton to utilize and a sufficient amount of her other elements. She read over the techniques multiple times. Then she practiced them until she felt comfortable with the techniques. In time, she mastered all the ninjutsu she wanted to for now.

__Ikuyo's attention was drawn to the woman who had answered her call. Bright blue eyes turning over to scrutinize every inch of her without even have the decency to mask it when they lingered on her more 'feminine parts'. Although there was nothing sexual in her gaze at all. Indeed this kind of behaviour was considered common place in her old tribe. The secrets to one's mind and whether or not they were a true child of the earth laid in their bearing, clothes, features, even they way they talked.
Nodding as if she had found exactly what she was seeking, it was some time before Ikuyo spoke again. "Greetings Warchief." And then paused place her arms across her chest in the shape of an X while bowing her head slightly, a traditional greeting for her people. "Me name.. ikuyo. oi seek kinship wi' yisser tribe." Her words were slightly broken and covered in a thick accent but she remained steadfast and confident. She fully expected this Warchief to study her in the exact same way she and refused to appear weak before she even received the trial to join the village.

Megumi reached over and scooped up her chopsticks during the intervening conversations, dwelling on the question posed and what they could mean deeper down. She'd balance the chopsticks on her upper lip, staring up at the ceiling, at least until someone came in asking for the warchief. That was a pretty big ******** going on, but Megumi let it slide, looking Ikuyo up and down carefully. What was it they said in anime? Interesting? Yes, this one was interesting.

Meg cleared her throat and put her chopstick away in a flash, stroking a beard she didn't have."I get you're the boss around here, but I haven't been here in a few years, so I don't know who you are. Sorry, honest! The people here speak highly of what you're doing, and I respect that, but for your first question: villages are where people live. I've worked in three of them now, so I can't get political or I'd be a hypocrite. I'll make and plan the meals around here, but if you're looking at fealty or blood oaths or for me to whip eggs five feet away from kaiju, remember I'm a chef, not a shinobi... Ma'am. Hire me know and I'll even teach blondey some manners for you!"It was a longest of long shots, but she wanted to inspect Ikuyo. If not now, then on her own time. __ When Ikuyo spoke Kagami listened closely because she was hard to understand. This was probably another lost tribesperson like Sandayu. Perhaps one of the nations destroyed her home? That was becoming an all too common and unfortunate story. "Well, do you have ninja skills?" Kagami inquired of Ikuyo, it was clear that she was a warrioress of sorts. She needed to understand the skills of the person she was dealing with in any case. Her brief interaction with Ikuyo then allowed her to return her attention to the prospective chef. She listened to her reasoning for not taking a side, but Kagami did not have patience for this. "Villages are where shinobi control the masses. I'm at the top of any village's bingo book and the fact that you've worked within their walls and refuse to acknowledge their tyranny makes me suspicious that you'll poison my food." Kagami then nonchalantly looked over at Ikuyo and then at her papers before sighing and lifting her eyes back to Megumi. "If you're not sincerely with our cause then you can go." Kagami forced her on this ultimatum. The woman recognized that it seemed silly to expect that a non-shinobi believe in Kogarashi's cause, there were spies everywhere and she was now at war with Uzushiogakure and manipulating the great nations to war. She needed to be incredibly cautious of anyone who would be handling her food. The low-level initiate shinobi that she recruited earlier were given limited clearance to Kogarashi's secrets so she felt more confident in bringing them in and then killing them herself if there were a betrayal.

__Ikuyo's watched the echange between the Warchief and the animal woman. From the moment she had entered the room she had felt her eyes on from the minute she had entered the room but had only attention to spare for those who demanded it more. Now that she could studying the woman without violating the laws of council Ikuyo found herself.. perplexed. She had never seen such a creature before, in fact the only other races she had dealt with were the Oni when they constantly raided her clan in olden times. Even these Oni seemed to exist in different tribes as well consider the tales she had heard painted them as wearing red skin and not the blue that she saw before her.
Again the Warchief addressed her of course wanting to know if she had any talents. There was never a place for weakness in any tribe. Ikuyo had both learned and dealt this lesson herself. "Waat is ninja? loike fight? Oi wus known in me tribe as what's called a Woodwaker. Oi ccomman' power over forests an' trees, as well as bein' able ter exercise their able ter mend wounds." As she finished speaking her peace Ikuyo returned to her stoic stance and waitied until she was addressed again.

__ After Ikuyo finished speaking to Kagami of her abilities a tear in the fabric of space opened to eliminate the distance between the Land of Fire's coastline with the far side of Kagami's office room. Sandayu entered the room first from this physics-defying doorway and it would close again after Masato finished following. He had little trouble adjusting his multi-faceted dojutsu to the revisited environment. First, his direct gaze would settle upon Kagami's clone then worked its way clockwise around the room to Obei, Ikuyo and finally silver-haired man disguised as the animal-eared girl. Sanda's brow furrowed toward her for a moment as his Rinnebyakusharingan's line of sight moved away from the last one back to the clone. "I see you're still busy, Kagami." He would stick around for a bit to give his own report of the concluded meeting with Belamos. "Brother, you can go do whatever you want." He glanced back to Masato to give him the option to dismiss himself if he preferred to.

The institute was massive; it put karleen at ease to know that she was in a place that would hold most of what she would need. It has a library, an academy area, a library, and most importantly... a workshop. The craftswoman stopped in front of the door to the workshop, images of her old work area popping in to her mind. It was her sanctuary, her home... she slept there. And now it was gone... burned to the ground most likely. She gripped her hands in to tight fists and moved through the door...
A quite shouty older male seemed to be running the place, probably a master smith. Karleen's face set in to a slight frown, she hated noisy people... She cleared her throat, crossing her arms. "Excuse me, um... My name is Karleen Ouvere. I'm a new craftswoman here? I was wondering what the rules were to this place before I settled in..."

Just as she was finishing up, another woman walked into the office to speak with the Warchief. Obei was perplexed by her accent let alone by what she could possibly want but Kagami handled it with the usual speaking voice. Silently the oni would sit beside the desk and watch the two, her large 7'2" figure sitting on her legs while just...staring. They traced over the blonde haired woman with curiosity. Another strange wolf eared woman would be speaking up about something that the taller one had said. Obei let out a huff. Such strange people. The chef reminded her of the wolves in the mountain from when she was young. They looked so fluffy...
Kagami's words stung both women. She appeared most distrusting on the topic of bringing the chef in. The later of her words made her think. Somebody who looked like the very beast to inspire loyalty. Could they be so conniving enough to hatch a plan to poison Kagami? Her crimson eyes focused on the wolf girl. "Cook One know what in vil-lah-gez. Bad things. Very bad things." With that, Obei would continue being to herself just as the Blonde One spoke again, trying her case against Kagami.
Then all of a sudden a tear in the middle of the air came. Obei tilted her head as two figures would appear out of the hole. The first one would, a slender male, would scout the room. Her eyes met his and she looked at the Kagami clone. "Kah-Gah-Mi. Who Black Ones? Kah-Gah-Mi know?" She asked curiously, stepping up onto her feet as the towering figure would eye the two defensively.

Anma abruptly turned away from Takashi and started cautiously walking off into the institute itself. Her right hand trailed along the walls as she made her way down the hallways. She had slipped her bonnet back onto her head and seemed to be aimlessly wandering. Her hand rested on double doors that swung open at the touch. Anma entered into the room. The room smelled of disinfectant, and seemed to be basking in sterility. There appeared to be a few gurneys and various medical instruments laying about, but what count Anma's attention was the nurses outfit that was hanging on a rack. Anma grabbed it and went behind a curtain to change. She skipped out from behind the curtain just as the double doors swung open. A large group of sweaty men entered carrying two unconscious and bleeding men. "Nurse, these two were injured during training and need medical attention." They said, quickly dumping the two patients on available tables. Anma blinked, "Anma will take care of them." The men nodded and foolishly left their comrades with Anma.
She walked over to them and looked down at them. A blindingly white smile graced her face and she tilted her head to the side. Green light seemed to flow over Anma as they cleansed themselves of dirt and grime as well as made sure that she would be protected from any illness her patients may have. Settling down they ran their hands over each of the two unconscious individuals. After several minutes with each, Anma had made a diagnosis.
Settling into her work, Anma took a hold of their wrists to feel for their pulse. The two bodies groaned and instinctively tried to withdraw their hands to flee Anma's grasp. Upset that her patients were trying to escape her grip, she channeled medical chakra into them intensifying their pain. As they flopped on the table in agony, she smacked them both in the chest. A surge of energy rippled through them as they experienced involuntary muscular contractions.
Anma carefully removed senbon and other projectiles from their bodies, placing the weapons onto a steel tray. Steadily she ran her hands along the The injuries and began surgically reattaching and repairing nicked veins. Anma took a break to circulate the chakra in their chakra coils and transferred chakra from one to the other to account for low chakra levels.
Pinching the jagged edges of skin together, Anma would apply a layer of medical glue to bind them long enough to sew them shut with chakra. Her attention to detail was precise and coordinated as the stitches would be at proper distance. Once finished, Anma massaged the muscles to help relieve any tension from their bodies from her earlier outburst.
Satisfied with her work, she sat back and took a look at them. One was a dark-skinned male, with chocolate colored eyes and course black hair. The other was pale, with ginger hair, and green eyes. Anma stood up to leave, hands holding the doors open, but then turned back when a stray thought entered her head. Her hands seemed to glow an eerie green color as the doors to the medical ward swung shut behind her, blocking the view.
Several hours later, screams of horror would fill the hallways. Thunderous footsteps would lead two fairly popular foot soldiers to complaining to their commander about a strange nurse they had been left with after a training session. It seems that their skin, eyes, and hair had all been changed to various natural colors in polar opposite to what they had been born with.

First Class: Medical ____ Combat Medic: → Shinobi of this discipline gain the ability to pay for their simple taijutsu using chakra. This does not alter its strength in collisions in any way from a standard simple technique. Technique Name: Strength of a Hundred Rank: S Type: Fuuinjutsu Description: This Technique is the absolute pinnacle for a medical nin. With almost perfect chakra control, the shinobi is able to begin storing chakra in the center of their forehead and seal it there. This takes shape in the form of a pink diamond. The shinobi is able to seal away 250 chakra for later use. When used it battle, it causes black bands to wrap around the user and release the chakra back to the user. At the same time the user gains super regenerative powers, capable of surviving almost any attack, though you cannot regenerate from your head being removed, or your body being entirely destroyed from the shoulders down. Other methods of lethal injury that may not involve direct physical damage, such as having your soul sealed into a Shiki Fujin, also cannot be healed through. This lasts for 4 posts and can only be used once per battle.
Second Class: Puppeteer ____ Marionette: → You are able to take your puppets and make them look and move "like a real boy". With a unique mindset and a great deal of skill, you are able to use simple and complex Taijutsu and Bukijutsu techniques through your puppets. Any attacks used by the puppet ultimately carry the DR of the user. In addition, you get +1 tai or bukijutsu style every other rank, (C, A, and S+).

Kagami got the spirit of what she was saying that she can manipulate wood and heal people. Based on Kagami's earlier reading into the bloodlines while she learned more about dojutsu she could only guess that she had the mokuton nature transformation. "It sounds like she can mold chakra. She probably doesn't even know what that means." She elected not to mention that detail and instead nodded. When Sandayu opened the fabric of space and entered she looked up and smiled amorously. "Hello darling." Kagami saw that Masato was there as well. When Obei spoke about the villages she merely nodded and smiled out of affirmation at the titan born woman. "Obei's right. The hidden villages are run by powerful ninjas who hurt their people." She stated this in simple terms and spoke slowly to Ikuyo. Hopefully, that concept would sink in. That was all she truly needed to understand. When Obei asked about the "black ones" she figured that she was referring to the raven-haired men who had just entered. "Don't worry, Obei. That's my husband, Sandayu. The other one is my brother-in-law, Masato." Kagami's tone was meant to soothe the confused oni. She would likely notice the identical metal rings on each of their fingers.

Moving back through the gateway between worlds, Masato would step into the institute aside his brother, Sandayu. The two of them looked about the room, examining those around them. There was a rather strange woman in the room, her accent unknown to Masato, but he didn't care much for it...too much effort to understand her for his liking. Dismissing her, he took note of the rather...large female with the protruding horn in her head that was talking to Kagami. She questioned their identity immediately, calling them the black ones. Masato rather liked the idea of the pair of them being known as the black ones. It made sense, their matching identities creating a clear similarity. Kagami would introduce Masato to the sizable woman as he crossed his arms, giving a nod to the behemoth. She called the woman Obei. It was simple enough to pronounce, this one clearly pronunciation her words, easy for Masato at least.

These orbs can travel thirty meters before dissipating. __Glancing over Ikuyo saw the very space before twist and tear open into a new scenary. That of a water clashing against the earth. Curious as she had never witnessed such abilites before Ikuyo watched two men stepped out. Each boasting a likeness to each to each that led her to believe they were probably brothers. Most of her attention was placed on the one the Warchief Kagami had named as her 'husband'. One of the few words she actually recognized as meaning a sort of mate. So this is who the keeps council here. Crossing her arms on her chest Ikuyo gave the same head bow and respect she had to Kagami to the one named Sandayu. "Alana theron wan named Sandayu. So'tiz an 'onour meetin' de mate av de warchief. Scon am named Ikuyo, a stranger seekin' ter earn kinship wi' yisser tribe." Her expression might have been neutral while addressing a person of honours but there was indeed concern in plaguing her thoughts. So war even finds it's way here as well? I wonder if this had not been the very reason for the Earthmother sending me here in preperation for events to come.

To her credit, Megumi was instantly surprised when Sandayu and Masato entered the room, visibly jumping in her seat when the conjured themselves into the increasingly crowded office. Inwardly, she was always pleased to meet others of her clan, making a note to someday bump into him. It was his chakra that gave it away. But his eyes were all wrong, much like Sandayu's. It confirmed a theory he had all but hoped true until seeing them in this place, loyal to this kind of woman. Megumi very well may die here today. Especially when she locked sights with Sandayu. That chakra wasn't any clan she'd seen here, ever. Masato or Kagami hadn't noticed, but this one did, instantly. She'd wink at him if she could, but she had a role to play. Chef in way over her head.
For some time she'd been thinking of a way to respond that might get her a** to work in the kitchen, stalling by holding her chest and taking deliberate breaths after the heckin spook visited upon her. She also wanted to listen to these people's stories, get her fangs into Ikuyo, and find her partner Kaoru. By what all accounts was a sword wielding Senju medic was a tempting challenge to finding an apprentice as she'd ever seen. Kagami managed to introduce others as they came in, giving Megumi their names, and blathering about villages again, which gave her an idea on just how to get out of this situation she'd put herself in. Carefully she put her hands on the arms of her chair, mentally aware of the two Rinnegan in the corner, and leaned over to scoop up Kagami's used dishes."If I was going to poison your food, I would have done it already. Besides, I get the distinct impression you want to leave me with the distinct impression that whatever I could do wouldn't work anyways, right? I'll go make myself scarce since you're pretty busy now. We can discuss my salary when you're free! The oni sat on edge, eyeing the intruders from another possible dimension with great uncertainty. Both looked the same though one was much more muscular than the other. He looked like a tough fighter. Very tough. Would he be as big as a challenge as Belamos? Obei was itching to see until Kagami cleared up the intrusion by introducing the two to everyone in the room.
