i heard of my chemical romance on MTV2. i saw their video I'm Not Okay (I Promise) and fell in love. I also heard of them from my friends. Jessy and Elisa introduced me to them a long time ago.
I got their CD at Target and listened to it everyday for as long as I can remember. I first heard of them also on geekstinkbreath.net .
I never heard of them till their second CD Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge cause we didn;t have cable for a while. Anyway, now I'm obsessed with them. ^^;;
I heard of them from a lot of differnet places.

My friend told me about them and now i LOVE them heart heart heart heart heart But i think its sad that Gerard and Burt McCrakin are still in fight crying crying crying ((dont know how to spell very well sorry))

my best friend, emily, shes more of a punk rocker than me. she started listening to them and told me they were a great band and i should start listening to them too. so i downloaded the song "im not okay" and omg...i loved it. so then i started downloading more songs...and now...MCR KICK A$$!

One of my friends had mentioned them once saying they were good, hten I totally forgot about them. Then, like a few months after I was flipping the tv in the morning when music videos were one I passed mtv and Helena was on and I was like, whoa, and stopped flipping. The video was good and the music was awsome. Like 2 weeks after that I ended up buying their cd casue I couldnt not have it. I would listen to teir stuff online but my computer was always buffering stressed

Well, the first song I ever heard was from their first album and hadn't paid any attention to it. (Musicmatch)
Then saw the video for I'm Not Okay, laughed my a** off for a bit, then was interested.
The final step was going to see Green Day on tour where MCR opened, and although the sound system sucked, I loved it. And Frank Iero's autograph helped it along.

well, when they first started playing them on my local radio station, i was like oh this is cool. then i saw them on fuse and got even more into them. after Helena i was hooked for life.

Ha, I didn't hear of them until their single "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" came out. razz Right now I think that song's just okay. I started looking them up after that & now I like most of the songs on their first album better. ^^

Well, i kind of found out about them through the radio and my aunts... when i didnt know who they were .... wierdly my aunt had their cd and i was like whats this shes like its a cd..... i was like whatever... then i heard them on the radio and i was like who are they??? and my aunt was like it MCR and thats how i started to obsess over them... and play them over and over again..... My aunts cd is basicly my cd now....

when i first herd My Chemical Romance was when i moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix az. i was really depressed and was talkin to a girl i met she said her favorite band was My Chemical Romance i never herd of 'em before so when i saw there music video I'M NOT OK (I PROMISE) on fuse i felt i wasnt alone and then i got there cd and i changed my life completely. crying
