Woot, I weighed in today at 178.6!!!

That is 2.6 lbs more then I weighed when I lived in dallas!!!!! Yay!


Here are my current mile markers to hit as far as weight.

186 - end of High School Weight heart did it! heart

176 - end of Freshman in college weight

170 - Beginning Dallas Weight

164 - Beginning Freshman in college weight

155 - the smallest I ever was in my "adult" (aka after period XD tmi) life.

150 - Goal for November!!!

BKFST - 1 slice of bread (70 cals), Cream Cheese (45 cals), String Cheese (60), Apple (100 cals) :: 275 cals

snack -- fruit (70 cals), 2 slices of turkey (30 cals), 1/2 cucumber (30 cals), Tblspn ranch (100 cals) :: 230 cals

Lunch --Healthy choice (230)

snack --

Dinner -- remainder of the eggplant with chicken, and a salad on the side (400 cals)

Desert --

Workout --2 hour walk with the dogs

1135 // 1300-1400 // 165 - 265

So i weighed in today at 178.4 which was my goal for this week!!! ^_^ heart

Kinda creepy, but awesome none the less. I am one week closer to being 150

Had a bit of a scare today. Woke up two hours earlier then normal and I was late on top of that so no potty, but i jumped on the scale to see 179.4lbs

Then when I got home 11 hours later I stand on the scale and see 178.8. That's a .4lb difference from yesterday morning after not eating anything and today i've had breakfast, two snacks, and lunch...

Sooooo looks like i'm still on track. XD 4laugh

Bkfst: 1 string cheese (60), 1 apple (100), 1slice of bread with cc(115) ::275 cals

snack : 1/2 string cheese w/ 1/2 apple (80 cals) :: 355 cals

Lunch :: small salad with cheese and dressing (200 cals) :: 555 cals

snack : 1/2 string cheese w/ 1/2 apple (80 cals) :: 635 cals

That's the same as sunday. So I'm maintaining. good and bad. Good i didn't go up, bad because I want to go down!

yay 177.8lbs~!

I'm 1lb from my weekly goal, and 1.8 lbs from my pre-moving to san antonio and f*#$&#xin;g up my life weight.

hmm didn't get to weigh in till about 8ish and I was the same as yesterday... kind of glad/relieved.

177.0lbs~! Just shy of my goal of 176.8 but psh it's better then gaining, not to mention i got my TOM today. Uber lame.

170.8lbs~! that's 0.8lbs from my next goal. DAMN!!!

In other news, met this kick a** guy two days ago. Confidence is coming back.
