As soon as Veemon gets the money, his serious manner dissapears and a weird glint is in his eye. He grabs Teppou by the hand and says, "Come on, bunny, we're going to eat till we drop!" And then practically drags her off to the center of town, where he had seen an all-you-can-eat buffet sign.
Kay was mad for a second, but that is quickly replaced by a smile and she says, "Like Tamer, like Digimon, eh?"

Teppou's face was scarlet red. "He-hey! I can walk by myself!! I'll follow..." she said, keeping her face down to hide the blush. She followed in step with Veemon, not wanting to go too slow.
Tsurugi feigned hurt. "I resent that. But yeah, you're right, as always." he finished in a sarcastic tone before hugging Kay from behind and putting his chin gently on her shoulder. "Should we follow them, or go find a room?"

Kay couldn't help but start blushing right now, but still managed to say, "Now Tsu-kun, we don't wanna be like them and spy on them, do we?"
Veemon lets go of Teppou's hand and says, "Ok, ok. I guess you can walk by yourself. I, on the other hand, will meet you there..." He starts sprinting away, and once a bit away, yells back, "C'mon, slowpoke! You coming or not?!"

"I guess you're right. They helped us get together, we'll butt out for now." Tsurugi said, letting go and walking towards the hotel.
"Hey! WAIT FOR ME!!" Teppou yelled out to Veemon as she sprinted to catch up to him.

"Hm. So I guess there are other people here" Tsukiko said.
"Yeah.. and their Digimon!" Zurumon said excitedly.
"Lets not get in their way, though. I don't want to cause anything.. And who knows, maybe they arent even... Well, you know" Tsukiko thought scratching her head.
"So... Didja bring any of that stuff with you?" Zurumon asked.
"What stuff?"
"You know.. That brown stuff that tasted good"
"Oh! You mean the chocolate... Yeah" Tsukiko laughed, reaching in her pocket and grabbing a chocolate bar. She unwraped it, took a row, and put it back.
"Let's save it so we dont run out too fast" She said, feeding the chocolate to Zurumon.
"Mmmm! This stuff is sooo good! Maybe they have it here" Zurumon said with his mouthful.
"I doubt it." Tsukiko said looking around. "Hmm... Can you show me that shop over there?"

Veemon laughs and starts running faster towards the buffet. He thinks of this as a race, really, with him having a head start. "Haha, can't catch me!" He yells, sounding more like an 8-year-old boy than anything.
Kay follows Tsurugi to the hotel, and says, "Funny, last time we came through these doors, I was on your back and sick from a fever. Now I'm going in completely healthy and... not on your back..." She ends that pathetically, and a sweatdrop appears on her head.

Teppou charged after him, a smile on her face. "Get back here you knucklehead!!" she called after him, trying to catch up.
Tsurugi smiled. "True, you aren't sick anymore, but you can still be on my back." he said, an evil smirk appearing before he picked her up and carried him on his shoulder. He teetered left and right, then finally got his balance.

Veemon is almost there... when he trips and lands lat on his face. "Ow." He says with his face still on the ground.
Kay squeals slightly when Tsurugi takes her by surprise and picks her up, but soon calms down. "Must you be such a tough guy?" She says playfully.

Teppou ran over to Veemon and stood over him. "You okay, Veemon?" she asked concered as she rolled her eyes. Boys...
Tsurugi smiled and nearly dropped Kay on purpose, then caught her again. "Are you saying you'd rather have a weak boyfriend who'd drop you? That can be aranged." he said with a smirk before putting her down.

"Ugh... I'm fine I think..." Veemon says, sitting up and rubbing his head, which has a huge bump on it. Then he looks around with shifty eyes and makes the final sprint to the buffet. "Haha!"
Kay yips when Tsurugi pretends to nearly drop her. "Ha-ha... very funny..." She says after he puts her down. She tries to sound serious when she says it, but her hair is yet again a huge giveaway, since it turns a playful pale lavender color.

Teppou sighed and rolled her eyes, then followed after him and sat next to him. "Veemon, that bump doesn't look good...Let me see it."
Tsurugi laughed, a large grin on his face. "Alright, let's check in, and then we can go out and do whatever we want. And by that, I mean spy on Veemon and Teppou's date!" he said, an evil glint in his eye.

Veemon crosses his arms stubbornly. "It'sh jusht a bump, Teppou... and anyways, if you touch it, it'll hurt worshe..." He says, almost whining at the end.
"That's so mean!... I'm in!" Kay says excitedly.

Teppou smirked. She stood up on her tiptoes and looked at the bump. She planted a small kiss, then kicked Veemon anime style. "The bump will be fine...But now you better be afraid!!! RAWR!" she yelled, then dive tackled him.
Tsurugi got the key for the room, then smiled. "Let's go see how their date's doing...hehehehe..."

"WHY ARE YOU ShUDDENLY ATTACKING ME?!" Veemon yells, half laughing half being pure terrified. He runs to the actual buffet and stands behind a thing of carrots. "Ha, it'sh an anti-bunny carrot shield!"
Kay smiles evilly and says, "I hope they're having as much 'fun' as we did..."

Teppou turned dark red; she knew the real reason why she attacked him. She didn't want him to know about her thoughts of him. "Come on, let's head back. I don't feel good..." she said, trying to hide her flustered face.
Tsurugi nodded, then something clicked. "No...I have a better idea...We won't go. Yet, anyways..."
