How is it not?
When you die, it's all over. You are no longer bound to your desires. You are no longer bound to your sins, your regrets, your duties, your goals. You are simply dead. At peace. You don't have to honor commitments of life. You are at peace. You stop needing to accomplish things, to put food on your table, to ...(this list goes on forever)
You are released from everything that bound you in life.
It's the final stage of death. After delirium, after regret, after fear, after sin, after every other aspect of death. After you have embraced death at the very end, you experience "release"
