Strengths:

• Always keeping a level head, and focused mind. She's incredibly intelligent, despite her ferocity in battle.

The tale of the Kaguya clan that perished in Kirigakure, was reborn in the flames of the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Naomi was born from two different parents. Her father, being from the Land of Iron, was a full fledged Samurai, while her mother, who kept her bloodline secret to both her husband and the village, was a Kaguya, and a well known and respected medic in Konoha. Naomi would get the best of both worlds, growing up to be a very skilled swordsman and a reliable Medic. Unfortunately, Naomi wasn't able to learn about her bloodline during this time, and for several years it would remain unknown. Being raised by her father, she was taught how to wield a sword properly and would often spar with her. During many occasions, her father would notice her relentless nature and ferocity, which came from the boiling blood within her whenever a battle would arise: The blood of the Kaguya. Her skill in swordplay would drastically increase, as so would her blood lust, eventually killing her father mercilessly during the spar. Her mother simply taking this as a minor problem, decided to solve the solution by enrolling her into the Ninja Academy, and hopefully she could become a successful medic. |

It was as if even the birds were showing respect for the loss of her mother with an eerie silence. Not even a whisper of wind swept through the tall grasses. No crickets chirping in the hazy last hours of light signaling twilight. The twinkling of night’s first stars left her mind wandering back to the time before her mother’s illness, to her youth as a student.
Years had passed since she graduated from the academy and yet she hadn’t even thought to practice, to even go on a single mission. It would have required her to leave home, something she hadn't even passed through her head as being possible. Her mother had required so much care in the end that Cam felt like she had become the mother tending to an ill child. Her time as her mother’s personal caretaker, however, had given her the ability to study and read about the things she would've otherwise been doing.
A dull ache filled her chest each time she thought about her jutsu that she had thus far been letting lay dormant. Her Father had been an accomplished Medical Nin and it was her aspiration to follow in his steps. She just needed to take the first leap of faith. She had to go back to the main village and find a team, she needed to train. She only hoped it wasn't too late. |

Sorry to intrude, but I think that is a little unfair. The Kaguya manipulate and form their bones with a chakra cost. From what I am getting from her personal, she is allowed to manipulate her sand into objects of whatever she thinks of (a wolf, a home, etc.) without any form of chakra cost? This could be easily abused, and since this form of manipulation is similar to the Kaguya's in a way, it should have a chakra cost per object she makes. Not only that, but they get their own personality, and they protect her? This is like knockoff version of the Ichibi's sand protection. So I do believe there should be a chakra cost for this of at least B Rank.As the Captain, I leave this up to you as to what you decide, but I thought I'd bring this to your attention. |

{ Ruby came from Kirigakure, natural child birth in their hospital, raised as a shinobi and taught the ways of her clan. She had a seemingly normal life and nobody can say what triggered her thirst for blood. Nevertheless, at the age of 17 she left the village with a tail of oinin seeking to capture or kill her. This tail soon grew to 3 oinin, then five, then a full platoon, then two. The oinin of kirigakure are considered ruthless in their determination to capture missing nin from their village but the orders were quickly changed from capture to death for ruby. She eluded her tail all the way to Yukigakure where they finally caught up to her. She found herself surrounded by droves of the hunter nin. Needless to say she got away, and when Kirigakure sent an investigation team, they found nothing but dismembered body parts and blood soaked snow. Ruby is by far considered among the most dangerous humans in the five elemental nations and has a flee on sight order in most bingo books. Her initial bounty has disappeared as has the person that placed the bounty on her head. }
