spacePatience was not Ivy's strong suit. It never had been, and likely never would be. Maybe that was bad, considering her position, but she liked to think that she was decent at it despite her obvious flaw. However, that flaw was actively driving her nuts at the moment, because she still hadn't spotted the damn thing. Movement across the pitch drew her attention, and she noticed the first year very obviously tailing something, which only meant one thing; she'd spotted it. Narrowing her eyes, Ivy tried to search the air in the direction Fianna was looking to hopefully find the damn thing.

spaceSebastian was quite proud of himself for the easy evasion of the older player. He wasn't half-bad at this! Not that he'd thought he would suck, not at all, but it was nice to know that his expectation that he would do well had been correct. He was almost to the goals by then, excitement gripping him. spaceJazzy blinked in surprise when the first year boy managed to steal from Gid, and at Gid's attempt to retrieve the ball. Okay, obviously she'd been wrong to assume this was basically the kid's first time on a broom; he clearly knew what he was doing. Family who played, if she had to guess, because there was no way this was just from religiously following the sport. That made her feel slightly less bad about aiming a ball his way.
