While I sympathize with your want to not screw over the customer, and use predatory tactics on them, your company is in the right, capitalism doesn't care much about anything except making money. In the eyes of your employers, you are denying them capital, and since this is a repeat offense, they're really not going to like that. I know this will sound, frankly, somewhat rude, but methinks you should consider a different line of work. Now obviously I don't know you, or the whole situation, so I'm probably just pissing in the wind right now but that's my two cents. |
