I think that it goes up one floor for every post until it reaches the top floor (10th floor)

Right. It also says that as long as you don't destroy the bottom cable it's legal.
So if you climbed out the access door?
you'd be in a elevator shaft...
with a ton of steel beams for cover...
and pockets of uncovered space...
and ducts...
and a huge cable in the middle, for climbing....though all you really have to do is hold on to the one going up.
Thus buying you...what's that term....oh yeah.
Distance.
Though you will have to be back in the elevator before the top floor, or you will be crushed into a tiny crawl space, which is even tighter fighting area than the elevator was.

Likely, you will expand your lightning bubble, then he finds the access door, and leaves the elevator. So he's not doomed just because of radial AoE's.

Oh yes very i just thought of a way for me to win my first round without getting touched. Its called the lightning instantaneous tech. It allows the user to teleport to a location within a mile of the user as long as they can think of the location i can just teleport up to the 10th floor mrgreen
