the_noodle00 I guess that it freaks me out a little...considering there is no physical way that is possible. Sometimes it is funny tho. It is possible... just... not... safely? Isn't that right? And who cares?! All fanfiction is pretty much AU (Alternate Universe), so the writers can do anything. I like it when they kinda explain it in a not stupid way though x3 @Broken Hearted Hiei: Yes! See, I get pretty irritated when I read fanfiction thats all the same formula. I really liked anything happy, then I got tired of people writing the same things over and over, and now I'm sorta into angst (but I still like happy endings! D: ). So, ya. Gotta spice it up a bit sometimes.

I heard something funny from my mom earlier.
She heard on the news or something, that a female to male transvestite who kept his ovaries, is pregnant.
I plan to learn more about this...

That's not the same guy. Since that's Mr. Lee's site and it's already established as a hoax. Thomas Beatie is totally unrelated. It's not a true mpreg since he's an FTM, but it's the closest so far, and I'm glad for him and his wife that they can have a child somehow. 3nodding

It's ok not somthing i look for but if i find one that sound good i read it. The last one i read was a Gaara/Naruto and it was a really good read with i good length to it.

I already stated that I enjoy m-preg, but only if it makes sense or is written well enough. Here are some m-pregs I've run across.
Gravitation: cute. VERY cute. But not likely. EVER! I'll read it though.
Angel/ Buffy: Weird, but possible in a world of magic. I particularly like Spike-preg. Just to make fun of it!
Inuyasha: Just... no... please. The only m-preg I can't stand (though i like the yaoi)
Death Note: WTF? How? But I like.
Saiyuki: Probably the easiest to get away with. You don't know much about demon anatomy, so you can assume it's like a humans or different. Half demon = hermaphrodite? I can buy that. Human turned demon bearing child? Ok, little far. A being born of the earth able to bear child under the assumption he gained this from Mother Earth? Best bet, but not my favorite.
Might I also mention that the classic Chinese novel, Journey to the West, had 3 male characters who became preggers after drinking from an enchanted river? CANNON! And highly possible in fantasy.

i think mpreg is something that should be used in moderation...i've read a few stories that used it well, both comically and romantically, yet there are some that are just plain stupid!
there was one, a good one, where the characters are in love and they used a potion so the uke could have kids...it was well thought and well put together...
however there was a horrible excuse of a fic that i had the misfortune to read about one character drinking too much and the seme seduces the uke...it got messy and they had a kid that turns out to be a horrible mastermind bent on destroying the world....if you can believe me, it got much worse after that....and somehow, they fell in love and had hot gay sex for 12 chapters...i didn't read that cuz i was too sickened by the shitty plot and all of the shitty plot twists...it was like m. night shamalan had a retarded baby that grew up to make crappy fics filled with unnecessary twists and turns!!! stressed
ridiculous!! sweatdrop
mpreg is okay...just those who can use it, should... rolleyes

To tell the truth, I'm not a fan of it. I find it ridiculous. Now, I guess if it's a really well written fanfic and the anime/manga theme fits (for example Kyo Kara Maoh *makes sense*) then I don't mind it so much. But there isn't any way I'd go aout looking for stories of this type. Mainly I pass over stories if it says m-preg. But thats just me.
