Hey does anyone here know how to make a linked banner?

It's just like making a text link only except you use the picture instead of text.... Um.. Your picture URL here Just replace the < with [ instead. I just did that so it would show up.

Alright. Might I suggest reading through a really interesting on in extended debate? I haven't finished reading it all yet, but the first post is very long and thought out even if I don't believe all of it's principles.
