Kazuya knew this place had a beach, but this place looked really great than he thought it initially would. Way better than when he would ever go to the beach back in Japan. That being said, maybe it could be better to take up surfing. As he went over to the beach, he saw a small little shack, which had people. Shrugging it off, Kazuya decided to just go up to the shop. He pretty much just wanted to see what it was all about, since he was in this new town. Uhh... Hi there. So, what do you have here? Kazuya asked, with a kind expression.

Rin had sent her text to Solaris when another potential customer had entered, inquiring about the business. Rin still not feeling her 100 percent tried her best now to show her obvious agitation as she pointed to the sign.
“Didn't you read the sign? It says smoothies."
Rin sighed and waited for the boy to storm out or curse at her. Though at this point, she didn't really care what happened. Her birthday had been a total bummer and the guy she had been swooning over has yet to call her. Her cat and food were her only loved as far as she was concerned.
O-okay! o___o emotion_sweatdrop Well someone was in a crappy mood. That was basically what he thought, as the girl shouted him out. She probably was angry from something at school from the way she looked. At that point, Kazuya was in an awkward state of wondering what to do say next. So, just order a drink and keep quiet. Umm... Can I have a mango smoothie please? He asked, as he just waited in absolute silence. But as he looked out to the coast, he was just amazed at how peaceful it was out here. Kind of as if all the troubles of society was just... Gone. Wow.... This place seems more like some kind of lovers retreat thing in the Bahamas or something like that... Kazuya muttered to himself. Too bad he wasn't good at picking up girls. Kazuya is just a plain guy.

Rin prepared him the smoothie with swiftness and ease; having it ready within a matter of seconds as she was a master smoothie specialist. Setting the boy's smoothie on the counter, she then began to close up shop. Feeling hungry and tired, her white kitten jumping onto the counter and looking up at the male curiously.
Thank you. Kazuya said politely, as he took a sip of his drink. Wow, it's really good! He said happily, as he continued on drinking. While he was enjoying the drink, a small white cat hopped up on the counter looking at him. Aww, hi there, little guy. Kazuya said, petting the cat. You want some? He asked, as he put some of the smoothie on his finger, to feed to the cat. It was when the girl began to close up the shop, Kazuya realized he hadn't payed for his smoothie. Ah~! Hey, wait up! Kazuya got up after feeding the cat, and was digging around his pockets for his wallet, finding the money. Taking out his $5 bill, he handed her the money, bowing in respect. Thank you for the smoothie. I like your cat, by the way. What's his name? Kazuya asked her. He didn't know if the cat was a male or female.

Rin slipped the cash into the tip jar as Tora mewed at Kazuya. Once the shop had closed, Rin had walked around and scooped up the kitten into her arms. Looking to the boy with tired eyes, she would give him a response. It was the least she could do after how cold she had been to him.
“Tora. His name his Tora and thanks."
Rin forced a smile as she headed off for the night, thinking a good night sleep was what she needed. It would be new year's eve soon and she would be alone once again, not something she looked forward to.
This girl really looked like she had a rough day the whole time. Guess something really was upsetting her. Hope she recovers from it. As she went off with her cat, he waved to her. Tora... What a cute name. He thought to himself as the girl walked off. Oh, um.. Nice to meet you, miss! My name's Kazuya Minegishi! He shouted to her as she left. That was pretty much it, then. With that said, it was late, and Kazuya had to head home. ((Exits))

คøι ❦ ℕαкαɱυɾα It was a nice day out and despite the crappy night she had, it wasn't enough to stop Aoi from going out and having her morning smoothie. As usual, she would sit at the edge of the counter and order a mango smoothie with a hint of pineapple to finish it off. While she awaited the arrival of her smoothie, Aoi would take the time to look through the newspaper for any possible full time positions. Her current job at the Shark's head was only part time and wasn't nearly enough to cover the expenses for her move to America. Sure, she was still receiving money from her parents, one of the wealthiest people in Japan. But for once, Aoi wanted to do something for herself. And this trip to the states was just the first step to achieving her dream of becoming a professional model. There, she would gladly be accepted, whereas back in her hometown, she was regarded as a giant by the public and a prince to the girls. But in reality, she was a simple girl with dreams of her own. And among those dreams, was to be seen. Not as a giant, not as a prince, but as mere girl who desired to feel beautiful for once in her life.
On her way out of Taste of Italy, Jimin had received a phone call that had immediately put a pep in her step as she practically skipped down to Lune Beach. She had a job! A manager's position at that, and she couldn't be happier. It was at one of her favorite places too, Bookworm's. Now she didn't feel so bad about the big expensive lunch she had at the Italian restaurant, and in fact, was in the mood to celebrate with one of her favorite smoothies: a medium peach with a hint of mango.
She settled down at one of the tables overlooking the clear blue waves that lazily rolled against the beach shore. Jimin gently placed her guitar down on the ground against her seat and waited patiently for her smoothie with a silly grin on her face, not yet paying much attention to the other person who happened to be dining at Smoothie Palace as well. Now I'll have access to all of the books I need in order to continue my research... And I'll be better prepared before hitting up the hospital... I'm one step closer to figuring out what the hell is wrong with me... AND I'll have some time to check out some of those music theory books!
With those happy thoughts in mind, she glanced down at her guitar. Now that she had a paying job she figured she wouldn't need to perform on the streets for much longer. But the trainee kpop idol in her could not be suppressed and she knew that she would continue to perform when she had the time. I've played here before... Maybe I can celebrate now with a smoothie and then a song. Just which one...? She thought to herself, just as her smoothie arrived. She paid the waiter and thanked him before taking a sip of her drink. "Mmm, that hits the spot,"

คøι ❦ ℕαкαɱυɾα Aoi would notice another person sit not too far from her, a brunette with rather large glasses. Someone she had never seen before, and then again, Aoi was meeting different people everyday so she really couldn't say this was any different from the norm. But she had to admit, this girl was really pretty, very girly and feminine compared to Aoi. Just thinking about it made the girl frown and look the other way, an annoyed look on her face. And to make matters worse, the server had managed to get their orders wrong by serving Aoi the girl's drink and vice versa. Aoi didn't realize it until she had taken a drink since the two were both mango.
A gentle breeze ruffled the girl's auburn locks and she took another sip of her smoothie. However... something didn't seem quite right. Jimin looked at the cup quizzically, trying to put her finger on it. "It tastes funny..." She mumbled under her breath and took one more sip. Oh! There's pineapple in here... Not peach! She glanced around for the waiter but he was nowhere to be seen. The girl's gaze fell on the other customer at Smoothie Palace; a rather tall person with black hair. Daebak... She's so tall! I wonder if she's a model? With a figure like that, she's gotta be... Jimin silently watched the girl from her seat, and noticed she too was drinking a smoothie. She didn't look very content with it though, and so Jimin thought that maybe the waiter had mistaken their drinks for each others? It wouldn't hurt to ask, so Jimin picked up her smoothie and approached her.
"Excuse me..." Jimin's timid voice rang out behind the dark haired girl. "Um, you wouldn't have happened to receive a mango peach smoothie by accident, did you?" She offered the other girl a small smile.
คøι ❦ ℕαкαɱυɾα Aoi pushed the drink away and got up to find the cashier when a soft voice had caught her attention. Turning her head she would notice a slender brunette with thick-rimmed white glasses smiling a her. It took Aoi a minute to realizing the girl had asked about the smoothie and Aoi simply nodded in return. Still in shock from how cute the girl was compared to herself. "Um...I think the guy got our drinks mixed up..".
Jimin could tell the other girl was tall, even when sitting, but she didn't realize just how tall until she stood up. Grey eyes wide but full of kindness, the shorter girl tucked a strand of hair behind her ear before she opened her mouth to speak. "Ah I see. Mango with pineapple?" She asked. "Surprisingly a good combo!" Jimin's smile grew and she even let out a soft laugh. Everything she said had a beautiful timbre to it - there was no denying she was a performer of some kind. "I don't know about you, but I'm totally comfortable just switching out straws and switching smoothies... If you're okay with that!" Jimin began to ramble before realizing she had not even introduced herself. "Oh! I'm Jimin by the way, sorry!" She adjusted her glasses, somewhat flustered from the encounter that she had initiated - obviously it had been a while since she had held a normal conversation with someone other than a waiter or cashier. However as she continued to look at the taller girl, she couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity radiating from her. Do I know her?
