Wolf hated the thought of arranged marriage and was glade she called it off if she didn't want to really go through with it. She mentioned her family and was going to ask what happened to her family but she continued to speak. It was clear she didn't exactly understand what he was trying to tell her and was about to correct the woman but again she kept talking and the last thing she asked kind of threw off his whole mental track. "W..wait. Mishi called you what? The rebound?" He tilted his head and after thinking a moment he realized what Mishi must have meant. "Oh..." His voice when quiet as he looked to his feet. "I had a mate once before. She was a ummm..." He looked to the side and very quietly continued, "She was a vampire. She could control and manipulate the shadows in much the same way you can. I guess..... and dont take this the wrong way.... I guess your temperment reminded me a lot of her." His ears stayed folded back shamefully and winced a bit as memories of how easy it was to upset Clair came back to him and when the vampire became angry she would grab Wolfs' cheeks and pull on them violently as she told him just exactly what she thought of his bad behavior. The vampire woman was the only one he had ever allowed to treat him in such a way because the demon knew anything she had done to him in anger was still strangely down out of love because of certain spells placed on the hotel which dose not allow malicious behavior with in the hotel walls. It was why Welkey was so insistent to have Wolf and Amelia brought back to the hotel during trouble. It was a safe place where no harm could be maliciously done to another person. But of course Clair was strange in that way and truly believed every violent thing she did to Wolf was for his own good and there for the hotel allowed only her to assault the demon. "She didn't have the right to say such a thing to you.....I am sorry."

She looked at him and listened. Then walked up to him and patted his shoulder. Before he could grab her, she walked to a wall. "I'm gonna take a bath and go to bed.", she told him. Only to shadow walk back to her room. With that she gone to the bathroom and stripped. Soon enough she was relaxing in the tub, not bothering to wash the paint off. When the water got cold she got out and wrapped a towel around her. As she had the bathroom door closed so the steam would not escape. If Wolf was to be in her room, she would not know.

She was lost in her own thoughts. For now her ears and tail were not out. Finally after a while, she washed the clothes by hand. Now hanging them on the shower certain rod. She had one towel around her waist and the other around her chest. Her hair was mostly dry when she finally walked out of the bathroom.

Wolf walked to her door after she walk off with out commenting on anything he said. She acted as if she didn't like what she heard. He couldn't blame her. Why would she want to have anything to do with a train wreck like him. His claw reached up to tap on her door but stopped without knocked. The demon sighed as his ears folded back again. Wolf suddenly got a very stubborn look on his face quickly placed his hat on his head and marched for the stairs grumbling to himself. "What the hell am I thinking. The others left for a reason and it was for the best that they did. Why am trying to keep someone else here? Its pointless. It will only end in pain and I know it." He walked out onto the roof top leaning against the guard rail near the edge of the building. "Damn...."

S-ooo, Amelia was not tired as she thought she was. But noticed the stitches felt like they were gonna rip. Finding scissors she cut the stitches as there was barely a stab wound left behind. Going back to the bathroom she made sure she was clear of stitches. A thought came to her and she smiled, a wolfish smile.

Despite this being the first she shifted to, relax in a while. It was a bit painful as her towels fell off her human body. Soon enough, a wolf at shoulder height was four and half feet tall. Her fur color was a cinnamon and gold mix. It was due to dying her human hair, so her natural gold fur, would show through more often in of course wolf form. Her ears, tail, followed by a strip on her back, was the only places peppered.

Shaking out her body she then stretched a bit and sniffed the air. Now with her door being still broken, she was able to paw her way out but stopped after smelling Wolf's fresher scent. Nose to ground and more in a wolf, animal like state she followed the trail. Until she got to the rooftop door, which was closed. Seeing this she started to paw at it and try to bite at it for it to turn.

He tilted his head curiously as he heard something scratching at the door. "Now what?" He said to himself as the demon walked over to the door and opened it slowly. "What the?"

When the door finally came open, she wedged her head between the door and the door way. Finally she managed to slip out and sniff around the hotel's roof. Before looking up at Wolf, as her tail and ears leaned forward in happiness. Her animal side liked him, she could sense the good in him. Now she got in a playful crouch and jumped around. Waiting for him to play back now. Her green eyes looked up at him, as her eyes were filled with trust.

Wolf blinked as he looked to the strange wolf happily begging to play. "Now now where did you come from little missy." He reached down to give her a pet but his nose quickly caught her sent and his head tilted curiously, "A...Amelia?" he question. "I didn't know you could change forms." He said with a smile and gave her a pet and a scratch under the chin. "Oh well I think your kind of cute in this form." He said giving a sigh and deciding to simply go with the moment.

She looked at Wolf and sat down only to listen to him. When he scratched her chin, she let him before gently nipping his hand. Now she stood there and sighed a bit, boredly. Before she shook her boredom off and look at him, as her ears and tail flicked well waiting for him to pick on her. At least for him to 'provoke' her into playing with him.

He quickly tumbled her over and began to playfully rub her belly. "You look like you wan to play.... well bring it on." He said as the demon began to get into playing with the she wolf.

She was off her feet before she knew it and growled a low, but kind of playful growl. Taking his wrist into her mouth with a firm grip, but not drawing blood. Before she started to shake his arm now, as she rolled onto her side and kicked at his legs with her hind legs; similar to a cat. But she was not a fan even in her wolf form of her stomach being rubbed, even by the people she trusted the most.

As he played with her Wolf began to have a slight smile form on his face showing a small hint of the man he use to be a long time ago. "Hehehe well your in a good mood as a wolf. Maybe I should keep you this way. Then you could sleep at the foot of my bed." He said a bit teasingly.

She continued to gently shake his arm. When he said she should sleep at the foot of his bed. Only to stand up and stand over him before 'nibbling' on his jaw. Like a dog would groom another dog pulling back she then sat on Wolf. Now she stopped nibbling on his jaw and now messed with his hat. Well more like nipping at it, before pulling it off his head and running around the roof with the hat in her jaws.

He chuckled lightly as she pounced on him. As she tried to groom him Wolf ran his hand across her head. "Hehe well thats cute." He then felt his hat get removed. The demon got to his feet and started chasing after her. "h..Hey now bring that back."

She ran around the roof with the hat some more. Finally she jumped up and knocked him on his back, before dropping the hat on his face. Then she climbed off him then rolled on the roof like she was laughing in a breathless manner. When she managed to catch her breath, a bit. She laid on her side and looked on at him only to smile a more wolfish smile.

Wolf looked to her and smiled as he placed his hat back on his head. "Well lets get some food. It has been a... unusual day." He said calmly as he gave her another pat on the head and walked for the Roof door. "After you little lady."
