Kanda looked at Shan then at the bread. He stared at it for a few moments then looked away. "Do what you want with it." He said as he turned then went to his closet and looked through it as he looked for something to wear.

Shan had expected the master to answer in another way, but it seemed that he chose to let him have the piece of bread. Not long after, the slave sat up, since he was taught that it was bad to eat while lying down, and began nibbling at the bread, making a note to thank Nezu the next time they met.
It seemed all too soon when Shan had finished, but he didn't dare say anything. It was best to appreciate that Nezushi actually came to give him the bread, even when it was obvious that master didn't like him.

Kanda chose a pair of fitting black pants and then undid the ribbon in his hair and looked for a shirt as the black hair fell down. He got a red shirt then looked at Shan.
"Oi. Could you do this for me?" He asked as he held up the ribbon, asking him to tie his hair for him as he waited for an answer.

Shan nodded and got off the bed, though he had a bit of trouble staying standing. He hesitantly walked to the master, taking the ribbon and tying the hair. For the moment, he felt satisfied and somewhat happy, but he couldn't let the master know that. It seemed very shameful.
When he had finished tying the hair, Shan took a few steps away from the master. It was probably wise to give the man plenty of space at the moment.

Kanda waited as Shan came up to him. He gave the ribbon to him and closed his eyes as they boy put up his hair. When he finished, he opened back up his eyes and looked at him for a moment.
He then looked away and got his clothes. "I'll be at the dojo." He said in a casual tone as he left the boy in the room. He didn't close the door though and headed to the dojo to clear his thoughts.

As the master left, Shan wasn't sure if he was to lie back down on the bed and try to get some rest or if he should go to the kitchen. He wasn't given any orders, so maybe he should lie back down. Maybe he should have asked.
There came that tiny squeaking again and Shan looked down to see Nezu once again in the room. Before he could say anything, the mouse climbed him like a mountain and stopped on his shoulder, rubbing his little snout against Shan's cheek. The slave couldn't help but pet the little grey mouse, giggling a little. Nezu was just too cute not to pet!

Kanda entered the dojo and sighed. He went to where Mugen was hanging and placed the sword in his hand. He then took his shirt off and started to do his practice. Just like he dhoes everyday.

At the moment, Shan was now lying on the bed, staring at the ceiling. Nezushi was sitting on the pillow next to Shan's head, and they both stayed where they were for quite a while. There was nothing to do, since the master never really told Shan what he was supposed to do, except wait.
Before long, Nezu scurried to the window and squeezed through the sill to leave. Shan could understand that it was pretty risky for the mouse to be here, even if the master was out. The master was pretty scary, after all.

After an hour or so, Kanda finished his training for the day. He sighed as he sheathed Mugen and put him in his rightful place. He ran a hand through his sweat-ridden hair then undid his ribbon and headed to the shower that was in the place. He got his clothes and began the shower,
when he was done, he dried off then put on the jeans and shirt. He left the place when he was done and headed back to his room. He opened the door and blinked as he looked at Shan. "Your still here?" He asked as he raised an eyebrow. He thoguht Shan would have left to his room by now.

Shan was a bit surprised when the master appeared at the door and immediately he got off the bed. "S-sorry," he said, "I didn't know I was supposed to leave. Um... I'll go right now if you wish." He then waited for the master to either say something or just move wordlessly away from the door so he could leave.

"I just thought you would leave." Kanda stated as he dried his long hair with a towel. "I didn't think I needed to tell you." He then shrugged his shoulders as he closed his eyes. "Do what you want. It doesn't matter to me." He said as he went to his bed and laid on it then closed his eyes. With his eyes closed,which made him seem more relax since he trained and took a shower; making him look like a peaceful beautiful angel.

Shan nodded and immediately left the room, hurrying back to his own room to possibly rest some more. He was still uncomfortable with the sudden somewhat concerned personality his master had. He wasn't sick, right? If he was, then that could explain the personality change.
After arriving, Shan closed the door and walked to his bed, lying down on it as soon as he reached it. Pulling the covers over him, he wanted nothing more than to sleep, but it wouldn't come. Maybe it's because of the sunlight or the fact that it was still day.

Kanda didn't even notice the boy leave. He was in a state of half sleep at the moment. After an housr, he opened his eyes and looked around the room. He got up and stretched his limb as he put his hair in a ponytail.
When he finsihed, he got up and headed to the study. He felt like reading a book today. Maybe one iof japanese history today. He opened the doors to the study and closed then as he went to hsi desk and picked a book and began to read.

After quite a while of resting, Shan decided that he wanted to go outside. The only times he ever did go outside was when he was visiting the dojo to see the master in the middle of his training. Now, he just wanted to see what kinds of plants were outside.
He shouldn't worry about the master being angry with him. It's possible that he still might not be in the right condition to work. If he was, then the master would say so, right? Shan shrugged and just left the room, heading toward the front door.

Kanda read a few paged then heard his stomach rumble. He looked at his stomach then sighed as he got up. "Better get some food." He said to himself as he left the study and headed to the kitchen.
As Shan went to the front door, the bell ran and someone stood out there and waited for some slave to open it for her.
(Gonna spice things up a bit^^)
