Hello, I just joined yesterday, and had time to post now. I'm relatively new to Gaia, and am glad to find a place with adults! I'm older than sand, and probably need two nurses, but will do my best to look after myself. biggrin
My first experience with computers was using cardboard punch cards, that was boring! I've been the Internet on since the days of white letters on a black screen, I had a staggeringly fast 14.4K modem, and was blown away when it went up to 28K (so glad for cable, today). It was so amazing when Netscape made a browser with pictures! Wow, it make the Internet so much more fun!

Hello my fellow old people. I am the quaint Moira, I enjoy knitting, sewing, and comenting on the lack of morals in todays youth. I recently turned 21 and I'm off in search of a hearing aide, a walking stick, and a rocking chair, so I can sit upon my veranda and yell at skanky and shady youths with an afgan draped over my ailing knees.

greetings to everyone... i was refered by Araynia... it took me a while to get here.. cuz my walker slipped out of my hand .. and there i was laying on the flooring crying... "i've fallen and i can't get up" eek
