SWWWEEEET~!

I finally managed to step on a scale. 181.7!!!!! And this is after subway~!




In military news. I need to be able to run two miles in 16 minutes... It took me 15 minutes to run ONE MILE!!! I've got a long way to go! crying

I am happy right now!!! I stepped on the scale and it saaaaaaaaiiiiiiidddddddd~~~~

179.8!!!!!

That is 0.2 pounds under obese. Making me OVER WEIGHT!!! Wow that sounds silly.

See if I can keep it off!!!

I was really worried that I would gain. I mean I had a terrible day yesterday at lunch. greasy mexican food.

Went to sea world so i guess i must have burned some calories. But at the end of the day we had fudge! Not to mention i got my period so massive bloating on my part.


Yet low and behold -1.8lbs.

ok, i'm not weighing in for a week. Going to follow a strict diet (plus it's finals week) and see how it goes. lol

Here's my meal plan:

b: boiled egg whites w/ green or yellow pepper

L: Turkey slices on nature's own light bread

d: what ever my parents cook

Snack options:
myobx carb control drink
or think thin bar
or frigo light cheese & green apple

Man i've been so busy lately. crying

But I have a deadline that has lit a fire under my butt!

November 22nd is Anime USA.

I'd like to be around 135 or 150.

Right now I'm 180lbs. Ehgad i've gained a couple of pounds since I left. At least I didn't gain it all back. I'm still down 20lbs since when I started!!!

You guys would have been so proud!!! I went out with my coworkers to celebrate one of their bdays.

We went to a mexican resturant and instead of ordering margiritas and tacos with everyone I stuck to my water and ate dinner at home. Not only did i save money, but also maybe about a thousand calories!! heart

but i woke up to my period and weighed in at 183lbs. crying


Alright, today so far so good. I actually woke up on time so I managed to make breakfast for myself. Half boiled egg! yummy ^_^ Oh oh and I made lunch and two snacks for work. Aren't I the little home maker~!

BKFST -- 1 soft boiled egg (70 cals), 1 apple (100 cals), 6 croutons (30 cals) <-- it was the only thing that was whole wheat! XD

snack -- 1/2 an apple (50 cals), 1/2 a medium carrot (12.5 cals), 1 tablespoon of peanutbutter (90 cals)

lunch -- 1 hard boiled egg (70 cals), and a small salad (30), dressing (70 cals)

snack -- same as before

string cheese (50 cals)

dinner --lemon pepper chicken breast w/ yellow rice (351.5)

All together --- 1,086 cals

Workout -- 30 minutes walking on the treadmill (150 cals burned) and an hour lifting weights. altogether 1 1/2hrs

Well hot damn, I weighed in at about 179 to 180. heart heart

Bkfst -- 1 slice whole wheat bread (70 cals), Cream Cheese (35 cals), 1 apple (100 cals)

Snack --1/2 cheese string (30 cals), 1/2 apple (50 cals), celery (10 cals)

Lunch -- 2 slices of bread (140 cals), 2 eggs (140 cals), 1 cup fruit (70 cals), mustard (10)

Snack -- 1/2 cheese string (30 cals), 1/2 apple (50 cals), celery (10 cals)

Dinner --lemon chicken w/ rice (431.5)

desert --

Work out---

yep i really want to get a better scale... i stood on the scale and didn't know what it said XD

Just my luck that there be a glitch with it's counting right where i weigh.

lunch -- yogurt and some melon.

snack -- popcorn and icecream sweatdrop

dinner - 1/2 an eggplant. 1 slice of bread. 1/4 of a chicken breast. onion.



I'm nothing if not repetitive. XD

haha! I weighed myself after work and i weighed 179.6lbs! Sweet, and that was after eating a lot of food... and some icecream... sweatdrop
